*** *** There is not one word about any deposits refundable or not refundable. There are no email or contracts prior to me filing the Revdex.com complaint. We were told the two $application fees were non-fundable no matter what and we are not requesting that they be returned. We are only requesting that the $fees be returned as we cancelled the apartment rental as soon as the house sale fell thru...Feb26th 2015. We were not due to move until April. We were never even able to see the inside of the apartment as it was still occupied. We were told this fee would be refunded when we moved out if we or our pets did no damage. Since we were never even inside the apartment and our pets were never even on their property there is no way we caused any damage or cleaning problems. The $should be immediately returned to us. Prior to move in the applicant had already established an electric acct for the apartment home that they applied for. Please look at page 2 of the signed application. Paragraph 7 & 16. It clearly states that all monies are non-refundable if the...

no attempt to bring in her notice on the following days after until 01/18/14. We were open.  She dated the notice for December 28th which was invalid because of the date it was submitted which was 01/18/14. When she was quoted her pro-rated move out by my staff, they included the Month To Month Charges. I advised them that I was going to work with her and not charge that which lowered her pro-rated move out amount to $378 plus utilities. She overpaid by $123 in which the final water bill of $34.96 was deducted leaving an amount of $88.04 due to resident. After revising the final account statement, she was owed $188.04 which was the original deposit of $100 and the $88.04. That was submitted in early June. We have not received a call stating that it was not received. Now I take it as it wasn't and will assure the original check was not cashed and will re-issue another one as soon as I get confirmation.
 
In regards to the referral fee, I stated that I would submit the request but could not promise a payment.
