Tops Cleaners

Review: I recently used this dry cleaner to get an expensive dress cleaned. They returned it back to me without the buttons. This dress has custom buttons that are not available and cannot be replaced. When I went back to see if they misplaced they first told me that they accidentally gave them to a different customer. They promised to check with the other customer and get back to me within a day. Then they come back and tell me that they never gave it to the other customer, I could barely understand the owner's english. She was claiming that I had it and was rambling about how and why the other customer would never have been given my buttons. I went back the next day and this time she claims that I was undercharged on top of everything else. She wasted 30 minutes of my valuable time only to hint that I lost it.Desired Settlement: I would like them to either find my buttons that they misplaced. In lieu of this I would like them to buy the dress as it is useless without the buttons. Also I would like a refund of the dry cleaning costs.
