Is there a reason this company isn't Revdex.com accredited? YOU BET! They'd be fighting complaints all the time is why! There was a mistake made on our recent granite purchase where it was cut from the wrong side thus eliminating the only pretty part of the piece with a nice vein and color not on the other side. Because we, as customers, were not aware of their business practices to note all requests/conversations on the job order it became 100% our fault. Their design tech agreed we had the conversation about which side to mark template on but the owner emphatically said it was our fault. No if's and or buts and no apologies whatsoever.
He even had the gall to tell me he thought that we really weren't attached to the vein and color of the granite and only wanted a free countertop! No kidding. I was floored. Anyhow, there are many other granite companies to choose from and our recommendation is anyone but Tops in Countertops.
