I am rejecting this response because:
The owner hung up on my telephone call before allowing me to get a pen and paper to copy down where to send the non-functioning card. He had no patience during the telephone call and rejected multiple calls afterward from my number. I was left without an address to send back non-functioning card and no means of obtaining the address of where to send the non-functioning card. I still do not know where to send the non-functioning card back to?? I am seeking the address of where to send the non-functioning card.
