We had terrible black markings all over our roof, it was embarrassingFor years we thought it was fuel spills from air crafts traveling over head and thought the only fix was to have the roof replacedOur roof is extremely steep and the shingles are architectural shingles and the roof has many peaks and is very large, so we figured it would be very costly to even attempt to have it cleaned we gave it a shot and called TopStar Builders and received PROMPT serviceWhile they were here to clean the roof, we also had them repair an opening under our peek which was a gateway into our house for all types of crittersAgain, prompt, professional and excellent service! They price was excellent too! They are a very reputable company and we are extremely pleased

We have hired this company for our interior remodeling month ago, and I has to admit everything went smooth and stress free, additional thanks would like to add to project manager for been so patient with all our needs and professional with the projectThanks guys for such an amazing experience

Hiring TopStar Builders was one of the better choices I've madeWe hired them to remodel bathrooms*** knew we were staying in a hotel, he did everything he could to get us back in the house as fast as he could ( worked late every day and Sat& Sun) at no extra cost to us
TopStar had a top notch crew, and they did such a beautiful job and at a fair price, we ended up useing them for more projects while they were hereFirst they replaced the flooring through out the house, then they did a complete remodel of our kitchen
For me the best part of the experience was working with *** the Project ManagerMy wife might have change her mind on materials 25/times*** would always smile and tell her not to worry, they were going to give her what she wantedMy wife would ask why something was the way it was, and *** would give her that smile and say "*** please let us finishYou will love it" and she did
During the kitchen remodel, my wife and I purchased all the appliancesOur stove top and dishwasher were not delivered until after TopStar had completed the job and demobilized the siteWhen they did come in a week later, *** had his crew come back and finish the installation at no extra cost

Our roof is extremely steep and the shingles are architectural shingles and the roof has many peaks and is very large, so we figured it would be very costly to even attempt to have it cleaned… we gave it a shot and called TopStar Builders and received PROMPT service. While they were here to clean the roof, we also had them repair an opening under our peek which was a gateway into our house for all types of critters. Again, prompt, professional and excellent service! They price was excellent too! They are a very reputable company and we are extremely pleased.

This has been by far the worst experience ever. My family and I hired TopStar for a complete home renovation in early January 2016. The house is only about halfway completed and they are asking for more money for many things that were already covered for in the original contract and original price that was agreed upon. TopStar has left our home without A/C, proper lighting, without a kitchen, and no drywall/insulation for over 2 months. We worked with are [redacted] (who has many alias), [redacted] and [redacted] who runs [redacted] are the guys on the California state license board. They claim to have 20+ years of experience but their license isn't even that old. These guys seem professional on the initial meetings but as you progress in your project you will see that they hire unlicensed people that don't know city codes and that is the main reason why there were so many failed inspections.

We just wanted to let you guys know that we really appreciated the remodel that TopStar Builders completed for us. From start to finish, it was a very professional job. The entire procedure was easy and painless. The sales and marketing presentation was very knowledgeable without any “high-pressure” tactics

We wanted to thank you for the wonderful landscaping job you completed at our home. It turned out better than we could have imagined! With your help, we expanded the living space at our home by the size of the backyard. It is so livable and enjoyable! We spend more time than ever in the backyard relaxing and enjoying it all.
