My mother purchased an new ac unit and furnace from Top Tec 4 years ago. The ac quit this year - when we called to get them to come repair the unit they were EXTREMELY rude. The Rheen unit she purchased was supposed to have a 5 year warranty on parts. Neither Rheem or Top Tec would honor the warranty. Oil had leaked into the unit totally destroying it. The repair company we finally got to come out said it was either a bad unit or was installed incorrectly. Long story short Mom had to buy an entire new ac unit. She is 83 years old on a fixed income - but no matter a 5 year warranty should be for 5 years!!!! She should not have had to purchase a new unit - parts should have been sent or a new unit. Yes she would need to pay the installation or repair hours but this is ridiculous!!

This company is great! Had my air ducts and dryer vent cleaned out. Mostapha and Matt are very professional, friendly, neat, clean and organized. I will use this company for all my needs. Thanks again.

The owner is hands down the most knowledgeable in his field. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for.
