Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us regarding your touring experienceWe apologize if you were unable to enjoy touring with usAll of our tour information is available on our mapsas well as our ticketsIt is unnecessary to take a cab to our Visitor's Center as you can board our bus at the bus stopOur buses run roughly every 15-minutesWe apologize if you found this to be infrequentWhile touring with us, you do in fact have the option to hop on and off at any given bus stop for photosYou can also take the bus to the museum and our Liberty CruiseWe apologize in advance for any miscommunication that may have happenedWe would be more than happy to extend complimentary tickets that can be use at anytime within the nextyearsPlease reach out to our Customer Service team at [redacted] to receive them

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:That's interesting because we waited over an hour for the first bus to show up (which was full) but the other tours had buses every minutesBy no means was it ever advertised it is a first come first serve basisIt is very clear to me that you are unwilling to resolve this properly and will only continue to make excusesThe services we paid for were not rendered and we do not have the opportunity to utilize another set of tickets unless you have tours in Minneapolis or a surrounding statesCase point the issue has not been resolved.

As expected, and suggested in the company's response, I contacted Groupon for a refund for this tour, which I have received. However, the company ignored my specific request, namely, "I also want a statement from the company that they accept as valid and appropriate, and will not argue my disputing with my credit card company, the $10 charges for the shuttle. . .", especially appropriate since they no longer impose such a charge.

I should not have to pay for a service I did not receive. It's common sense. This business uses bad practices as evidenced by their service and failure to properly solve this grievance.
