My car was towed by [redacted]'s to a friends garage and this business charged me for storage fees, although they did not store my care on their premisesToday after a car accident the police called [redacted]'s towing to tow my car, the driver towed my car to a friends garage and gave me a bill for towing my car around 10 miles to this location of $263.33. At the moment when he took my card information I was experiencing pain from the crash that I did not look at the charges on the receipt the driver handed to me. Once I realized on the receipt that I had been charged for storage fees I called [redacted]'s office and asked them why they had charged me for Stoarge fees. They informed me that even though they did not provide storage, they were charging me for storage fees because they could. I proceeded in asking why that charge was made if they were not providing the services and the person over the phone told me that he was charging me for storage fees because I had ruined his day.
