Just to clarify, this business is not attempting to take advantage of its guests, prospects or members in hopes they forget to cancel. We are open and staffed hours a day, days a week and 7am-7pm on the weekends where any member at any time, can conveniently cancelPlease note that
credit cards are not accepted as a monthly payment option, this business only accepts checking accounts which members can put a stop payment on at any time. We are also not attempting any fraud on any behalf and find it difficult to compare our services to that of medical procedures. We find it unfortunate that you cannot manage her monthly automatic withdrawals, but that is out of our control. This pay in full option is only available to students or existing pay in full members. These memberships are comparable and cost within $of each otherSince the pay in full option is paid at one time, we charge $+ NJ Sales Tax at a final cost of $ Our monthly membership has a stafee as high as $(includes tax) and an annual fee of $(includes tax). I am rejecting this response because:as previously described, I did what I was supposed to do as far as cancellation, it was not my error but the employee error not file it properlyIt's much easier to blame the customer that to accept responsibility, I go to gym regularly the one whom which I joined at the exact time I believed I closed this on

***,As you can see when you came in to cancel your membership earlier this month the cancellation document that you signed off on was automatically emailed to you at 6:28pmYou signed up for the black card which is a month commitment in club on March 18th, This document was emailed to you at 10:47am that day. You said you came in during the month of December in to cancel your membership? I was not aggressive, and don't appreciate lies. I spoke to a different person named Ryan, he was so rude!! And yes I did speak to a news outlet. I had to call their home office because my calls from the gym were very rude. A person from the home office is sending me a small refund!! I still believe I should receive about $80 more dollars!!

Hello,I actually spoke with [redacted] yesterday in regards to her membership. I informed her that we have no cancellation form on record for her account.  She claims she came into the club and cancelled. Any member that comes into cancel their membership fills out a cancellation form and this...

form is automatically sent to their email. I asked Leigh to check her email for the cancellation form and she does not have one. [redacted] account remains active until she either comes into the club to cancel and or sends a certified letter in the mail.
