warehouse earlier than expected and was immediately shipped to Mr. [redacted] FedEx 2 Day. The item shipped on Thursday 9/1 FedEx 2 Day (tracking [redacted]) with the Labor day holiday on Monday he will receive his item on Tuesday (2 business days after it was shipped). I understand his frustration and will issue a credit for the shipping in the amount of $18.68, I hope this will be a satisfactory resolution for the customer.
