They never stop taking your money.
They never stop taking your money. I joined this company during Covid when my business was shut down. When I got back to being busy, I tried to cancel and it’s almost impossible. Even after successfully canceling I am continually charged fees for me and my team with no repercussions and no refund. Tori Belle pretty much scams you as much as they can till you figure out a way to make it stop.
I guess I have to cancel my card so they can’t charge it.

The magnetic eyeliner that is made in America is a gimmick. It’s doesn’t work at all. Wipes off with finger. Doesn’t hold lashes and stings horribly!! I can’t believe they don’t pull this item from their shelves as no one has had a good experience with jf.

Purchased a bundle of lashes the beginning of August, tried one on to make sure I could apply it, put it back in the box to wear for an event I had last week... when I went to put them on the first one went on fine, the second one not so much. It appears to be defective as it’s missing a magnet on the edge and won’t stick to the corner of my eye and also one of the other magnets was glued on wrong so it protrudes out and looks silly making them unusable. I reached out to customer service for a replacement or refund because at $55 I’d expect a quality product! However I got a generic email about how there is nothing they can do bc I’m past the refund policy?! The return policy should not apply when its a defective product, that’s there error not mine. Sure, I should have looked at both lashes apon arrival but when I’m paying $55 for such a tiny product I expect it to be quality product and expect the company to stand by there product! I replied to there email telling them that is unacceptable and that I expect a reply and a call from a manager, however from the looks of everyone else’s complaints, seems like they don’t take any accountability for there errors. Will update if they resolve the issue, and I won’t let it go until I get a refund/replacement.

If I could give this company zero or negative stars I would. Worst company ever. Their products don't work. Don't waste your money or time.. its a scam.

I know they say not to clean with cleaner just clean the magnets off. The 3 day return I was told as well. I had an issue with my tracking being a recycled number because I tracked it to another state. But it was out for delivery there but I got it that very day at home.

I received 2 shipments of defective eyelashes. I paid $100 Canadian (with the exchange) for these eyelashes. They won't send me another pair and are expecting me to return and pay the international shipping to return defective products for a refund. I don't feel that I should have to pay the international shipping for defective products !!!!!!

I don't know how Tori Belle got my debit card number and took CND$ 672 from my account. Apparently the initial amount was taken in another currency. My bank is investigating. I am surprised that Tori Belle got my debit card number - that I never use - and not my credit card!
Be aware.

I got my first pair of lashes and liner in early 2020. I absolutely loved them. I went to order more from my affiliate and it was during COVID-19. Everything was on back-order during this time. So it took a month and a half for them to get them in. I received them in July. I bought 2 lashes and 2 liners. I was so excited. I started wearing my lashes the next day. All went well. Then when I went to wear them again at the end of July, I noticed my eyes would start itching a couple hours after wearing them. With allergies on the rise I went to my doctor. He confirmed it was not allergies but that I could take OTC benedryl if the itching was bad. I did that and within 3 days it subsided. The weekend came and I decided to go out and so I dressed up and put on my beautiful lashes. Again, a couple hours later my eyes started itching. Then my eye lids started swelling. I ended up going to the doctor and was given prednisone. It cleared up and it had been a week since I wore my lashes. I decided to wear them......2 hours later, my eyes were itching and my eyelids started swelling. I removed the lashes and liner. Three days later my itching and swelling were gone. I would like to know if anyone else has had any issues like this. I did look at the package for the liner and it says "Made in China". Since these products were on back-order during COVID-19, curious if this batch has different ingredients? I had no problems with the first batch. Looking for answers because I loved this product.

I Do know this is a young company. Because of the pandemic they Couldn’t work all their people in the warehouses. They ran out of eyeliner because the response and sales overwhelmed them and was selling out.
Because they grew so fast. The ups was also reusing tracking numbers and so it showed another state or address but came. They are now fully stocked. And the time is 5 days.
The 3 day return from the day you get them your affiliate should have helped you.

Their customer service is the worst! Save your money! They don't stand behind their products!

These lashes are incredible! The directions and tutorial videos are easy to follow. If you follow the instructions the lashes and anchors perform for all day wear. I have had my lashes on for 13 hours or more... For a company that is a YEAR OLD, they are handling their growing pains perfectly. I had the wrong lash style sent out on one of my orders, emailed support
, got a same day response and the correct lash mailed out yo me, without having to return the unused (wrong lash) lashes.

I ordered magnetic eyelashes, followed their directions, one fell off, I did not notice until I got home. I believe it was a faulty lash because the other one stayed on?
I continue to get automatic responses and numbers that were assigned to the situation. I wanted a replacement lash and the only response seems to be an automatic response.

I am sorry this customer had a difficult time reaching us. Apparently she was in the wrong place as we do not have auto response in Customer Service. I have sent out a replacement for her lashes, and noticed that she purchased a different pair. I have attached our customer service search for anything from her just for your information. Her new order number is (Order #***).

lashes did not stick well they kept coming up regard less of how much eyeliner I used or how many times I tried s.ave your money for OTC brands. Sucks cause I can't Return them and it was during the pandemic so I didn't try I'm on until months after my purchase. save your money

After reading comments. People are putting this company down because they didnt read the instructions. Some clearly wrote what they did and it's wrong. Also if you put the anchors on wrong they definitely would irritate your eyes. They have instructions too with videos. I love their lashes and Liner. The 1st time I bought them I had some issues. Customers services happily offered a exchange or money back. This company is also only 1 yr old and blowing up with customers. I believe their doing their best and learning on the way.

Very Disappointed in this business. Affiliate Martina Bell H is the worst affiliate. Does not care about her Customers. Chris in customer service does not care about customers either. It took me 12 emails to get responded to. Martina still has not returned my emails. WIll NOT RECOMMEND TORI BELL COSMETICS!!!

I am writing because I was an affiliate of this company and we were told we could rep with other companies. So I joined a jewelry company. I was then sent an email from compliance stating that I was turned in for selling for another company and the section of policy quoted was about shared booth space at an event. This wasn’t something I had done so I reached out for clarification and I never received an email back. So I reached out to the owner for additional clarification I wanted to make sure me and other affiliates were sure of policy and not breaking it. I was then told I was going to be suspended because I had affiliated from that company on my team for my other company. These affiliates had reached out to me and neither of us knew this was breaking policy. I tried to explain this and was not given that chance. My account was then suspended and I was locked out. I received a second email for compliance giving me an ultimatum that I had to quit my second business or be terminated. So I chose to resign from tori belle. I sent in my resignation and asked that they make policy more clear because at least half the affiliates in this company are with other companies. And they even train us to recruit from other companies. They created a magnetics only website so that we could recruit women from other cosmetics companies. They policies are very muddy and unclear. There are many other affiliates who were never given an ultimatum and are still with other companies and with Tb affiliates on their teams. After resigning I should have received my final pay check which would have been over $2,000 and did not get this. So when I reached out via email they said I had less than 300 in personal sales and wouldn’t not be getting paid above advanced affiliate. I wrote back to let them know I had over $1000 in personal sales and had emails of the customer orders if they needed me to send. I have since sent 2 additional emails and have not heard back. I am disappointed in this company and the way everything was handled. If the policy was clear I would have never joined another company as I was almost the the top rank with Tb.

Tori Belle Cosmetics does allow affiliates to represent other Direct Sales companies. However cross recruiting or poaching our Tori Belle affiliates to join her other company is prohibited. This affiliate was paid in full for commissions owed with bonuses.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

I do wish that they would make their policies more clear for my friends who are still affiliates. My initial email from compliance was not for cross recruiting it was about selling jewelry. When I emailed for clarification on the policy they did not respond. The women who had joined with my other company had approached me and at the time it was not clear in the policy that we couldn't answer questions to other affiliates about another company. Once I was aware that this was considered "indirect recruiting" I immediately turned affiliates away when they would ask. There were so many women with tori belle as well as other companies that have tori belle affiliates on their teams in other companies. These affiliates were not given an ultimatum just told from that point on they shouldn't recruit for another business. This is very confusing to the affiliates because the rules are not black and white. The company did finally pay me my final check but it wasn't until after I reached out to the Revdex.com.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. Their Customer Service is an absolute joke. In their email they even state not to reply.

My rep is attempting to reach her upline. I haven’t heard a peep for a week.
I have left reviews on their Facebook page to only have it deleted. I messaged them via Facebook Messenger.,..zilch.
I have even attempted to reach out to the CEO via LinkedIn...you guessed it...NOT A WORD.

I tried to find them on Yelp!, I can’t find them anywhere. I finally filed a complaint with the Revdex.com.

I placed an order for products through a rep (friend of mine) and my Credit Card was charged back on May 7th. I contacted my friend (their representative) and the company itself to inquire about where exactly my product is and why I haven't received it yet or any notification of shipping on June 12th. I received a response from one of the reps at the company Stacy E that stated my order was originally sent out on May 15th and wasn't scanned by UPS so was lost in mail system somewhere and apologized and stated it was resent out, however, she provided no order or tracking #'s again. I asked for these for my reference...I received a response from another rep named Sharday a day or so later that stated "a replacement order HAD NOT been sent out" and was now on BACKORDER and could not provide me with a date of when this order could be fulfilled". I asked not only this time, but on the first inquiry that "if they couldn't get my order to me in a timely manner, I wanted a refund". I have asked for a refund now a total of 3 times with NO RESPONSE... I honestly HATE doing this to my Friend, because this of course is her business selling these products, but I don't feel I should have to pay for something that I can't get now for 6 weeks and no idea of when I can get.....and the reps there are soooo rude in their responses...their emails clearly state "Do not reply to their responses"......

I received the lashes. I tried them 3 different times and all 3 times they did not stick like they were supposed to. I work from home right now during the pandemic so I do not get out much. Once I did I used the product and they came off rather quickly. The first time I thought maybe I didn't use enough liner. The second time I thought maybe I need to scrape the magnet they still did not work properly. The third time I used them I was at a wedding I didn't make it through the ceremony (15 minutes) before my sister said your lash is coming off. I reached out to customer service and the only thing they will tell me is unfortunately there is nothing we can do for you. I paid over $50 for something that does not work and has terrible customer service.

My items were not delivered to me. I
I had informed the company about it. They stated they could not resend it due to fraud. They also requested that I do not contact them any further.

I am very sorry that this happened to this customer. However, our policy clearly states that once delivery confirmation from USPS is made we can not replace lost or stolen items. I have attached the Tracking information along with our policy.
