Dear [redacted] , We received your letter today regarding the toolbox handle that [redacted] purchased and claimed was missing the handle We actually have not sold this item to Sam’s Club for a long time, and the only place it can be found is in Sam’s Club Auctions websiteI have no idea what that is, and the cost the customer paid is less than we charged to Sam’s FOB China Either way, all calls to our Customer service department are tracked via our cloud based Intuit Quickbase system, so I am not sure what to say about his claims that nobody ever returned his call or emails we answer all emails daily and have a live operator answering the phone This version on Sam’s Club Auction website actually shows a black tool box, but we have requested ‘gray’ ones be shipped to us http://auctions.samsclub.com/torin-36-inch-8-drawer-tool-chest-and-cabinet-set Our customer service department is contacting Mr [redacted] today to update him Regards, ***

Dear Miriam, I got the attached second notice today in the mail and noticed your email address on the letter so I figured I would send an electronic update also On September 20th a hard copy of the attached Torin Report was mailed to Revdex.com(Torin Report Revdex.com Complaint Dominic Tricome.pdf) We believe that what most likely happened is that the customer opened the release valve too far contrary to the instructions in the manual, and that caused the hydraulic oil to leak out Torin attempted to send a replacement, in fact he has told us on several occasions to no longer contact him and that he no longer wants a replacement as he has already returned the unit to the store(See attached email, FW: Torin ton Trolley jack issues.msg) The customer has been belligerent with our customer service personnel, and after some research it seems it he is not a friendly character, charged and convicted with making terrorist threats to a law firm that represented someone he was suing, charged and convicted of violating the Wire Tap act by recording “friends, attorneys, court personnel and employees of his apartment complex.” ( [redacted] .pdf) If you have any questions, feel free to call me directly Best regards, l***

I am rejecting this response because:The Revdex.com Complaint states the following:With weight, the jack always leaked a very little bit of hydraulic fluid
from the fill holeLast week, the jack would not lift a weightTorin
emailed me a schematicThe jack has been missing a part causing the
leak and the breakage.And, my Revdex.com followup states the following:Torin's
jack leaked hydraulic fluid during every use, which was in the warranty
periodI spent about hours trying to fix and maintaining the jackI
contacted Torin several times for help, which was in the warranty
periodI have the emails and phone logsAfter the warranty period, I
learned that the jack had always been missing an internal partClearly, I had been forced to try to fix Torin's negligence, before I learned that there was negligenceAfter I learned that Torin was negligent, and after I learned that I was shipping Torin their negligently built jack to them, I tightened the screw as much as possible, so oil would not further leak from that hole during shipmentAll of which, Torin should have known from the Revdex.com Complaint, my Revdex.com followup, and my emails and my phone calls to TorinIf needed, I will submit the emails and the phone logsAnd, remember, Torin made, at least, two bad parts, the oil drain pan that ripped during the first use, and the jack that never worked right due to a missing internal partAnd, Torin did not notate that their oil filter wrench may not fit some oil filters, like my oil filter.Torin states that I "returned the unit to the store." First, in Torin's last Revdex.com "message," Torin states that the unit (jack) is out of the warranty period, so I can not return the jack to the storeSecond, Torin knows that I shipped the unit to them from my last Revdex.com "response" and my emails to Torin, which, if needed, I will submitTorin has resorted to lying to coverup their negligenceAfter I lost about hours due to Torin, and after two of their products breaking, and after dealing with their bad customer service, I told Torin not to contact meAll of which, they know through the Revdex.com communications and my contacts to Torin, which, if needed, I will submitAgain, Torin has resorted to lying to coverup their negligenceTorin did not tell me that they were replacing the jack, so I was forced to buy a competitor's, which they know through the Revdex.com communications and my contacts to Torin, which, if needed, I will submitAgain, Torin has resorted to lying to coverup their negligence.Torin libeled meI have only stated factsSince they do not like the facts, they are resorting to lying to coverup the factsI have never acted in a way that was not appropriate.I was railroaded by law enforcement, because I had sued an ex-law enforcement officialSince law enforcement was committing crimes, I was forced to record calls to protect myselfThe judge did not recuse himself, even though he had worked with the law enforcement officials for about a decadeThe matters are in the appeal processAnd, I sued everybody including the judgeIf needed, I will submit witnesses' testimonies and other evidenceAll of which, Torin knows, because they did the researchSo, Torin decided to not tell the whole storyIf Torin does not retract their libel by Monday, October 3, 2016, at 5:PM PT, I will be forced to sue themFurther, Torin may have identified me in their Revdex.com response, which Torin is not allowed to doI do not know, because I do not have access to Torin's original documents

Dear Revdex.com,Attached are the initial findings from my investigationSummary:Mr*** initially contacted our Customer Service 8/10/regarding a jack that was damaged during use (we assume some sort of misuse, uneven/soft surface etc.)A call tag was issued to have the unit sent to our California
office for inspection the same dayIt was determined that due to the damage that the jack had sustained while in the customers possession it could not be repaired, and required replacementThe replacement jack was shipped to Mr***s address via UPS with the Tracking# 1ZY046***on 9/13/(the system would have emailed this to the email address on file of ***@yahoo.com automatically) The UPS tracking system shows that the package was delivered to Mr***'s address on 9/19/at 6:09PM (see attached UPS tracking information on the last page)The next time the phone number 309-569-shows up in our phone logs is 3/after hours twice for around 1 minute each, then again on 3/when I assume he spoke to someone as the call was 4:in lengthIt would seem that Mr*** after months is claiming that the replacement was never received? it is hard to tell exactly what the complaint is, other that the allegation that the customer service rep would not put his call through to a supervisor, which I cannot determine just by our phone records.Due to the time that has elapsed, I don't know what UPS can do
