On 8/17/, lf of water stained fence was washed and sealed with a semi trans 1/tint formula (board requested a natural look ) three coats were sprayed on the entry and other water damaged areasThe area sealed was about feet to the left of [redacted] 's house up to [redacted] ***The fence was touched up around November and on 1/11/ 670lf of new fence was sealed with two coats of semi trans sierra , we ended up re- sealing the first area up to [redacted] *** with an additional coat of sealer, I wanted a uniformed lookI believe the fence is not cedar.some fence companies use a cheaper dence board (incense) that's not porous, it may be the reason for it wearing down, water from the back of the fence ( home owners) may be another.my initial suggestion was for a solid stain , but the board at the time wanted as clear as possibleHope this helpsThanks, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: the warranty is still in effect and he is not living up to warrantyThe fence is not a cheaper varietyThe bid for the fence shows that it was a cedar fenceThere are no sprinklers where he mentions the damage and is inconsistent with sprinkler sprayA uniformed look should be standard practiceAs requested we are requesting a full refund or for Mr *** to honor his warranty
