rain in Oklahoma and we want to water table to recede. We are not aware that she called 30 times and we did call her back several times when she did call. She doesnt seem to be happy of waiting until August so I told her we could do it sooner if she would like. She says this is being dragged out but we put her on the schedule to repair and then to re install so I am not sure why she is filing a complaint. Our record of doing business obviously doesnt reflect what she is saying here.

The owner of tornado safe has now called me several times and tried to pressure me into taking my complaint against his company down. He says that he will replace it on August 13, 2015. If that is so I will be happy to give them a satisfactory rating on this. I just choose to leave it as is until I see if they are really going to do what they say. It also should be noted that if they checked their messages they would know that I called at least 30 or more times. It took filing a complaint with the Revdex.com to get any attention from this company.
