12/17/2015Like all firearms industry related businesses we have experienced extremely large increases in our volume of work with the current political climate.It's unfortunate that we were not able to provide an accurate expectation time for the service performed for Mr [redacted] .Whilst I can't speak for telephone calls, our email records show the emails from Mr [redacted] on the following dates:12/11/201512/04/201512/02/201511/23/2015All but the email on 11/23/show as being responded toAs you are aware we were only made aware of the complaint and who it was from this morning.We did not respond to the initial Revdex.com website complaint as your own website states that emails with links are most likely a scam, so we ignored it.Checking with our shop staff, Mr [redacted] 's work was started on 12/14/2015, and it went through final finishing in a batch of similar items yesterdayToday it was assembled and it will ship tomorrow.When our staff contacted Mr [redacted] earlier this week with an update, no mention was made of the complaint made to the Revdex.com

We are a custom shop, and our backlog can occasionally be several weeks longCustomers are advised there is a wait before shipping items to us for customizationWe're fast approaching when this customer's item will be shipped back, which should be in the next few days

contact the customer directly to resolve this issue
