Review: I agreed with the plumber of a fee of $500.00 cash. He took the $500.00 cash and then demanded an extra $180.00 because he said it took longer than he originally thought. But the reason it took longer was because of his errors as follows: I agreed to pay for and pick up the material, I said I was going to [redacted] in [redacted] and was told by the plumber to go to [redacted] instead because he had prior issues with them, I did as I was told, but [redacted] mixed up the order and the plumber noticed it right away on 07/**/2014, I said I would run over do do an exchange but the plumber insisted that [redacted] make the exchange, this took 2 1/2 hours. Then when his helper/son went to drain the boiler he the son also cut the switch off to the boiler, after draing and completeing the job they father and son tried to fire up the boiler and they blamed it all on the [redacted] I told them the [redacted] was new from [redacted] but they insisted they were right and took out and put in air for 30 minutes, They never did fire up the system because they did turn on the switch again, I turned it on when my water was running cold for my shower. After all this the father [redacted] said the job took longer than he thought and demanded $180.00 more, I hand delivered a letter to him just as I said here but he refuses to return my $180.00.Desired Settlement: Refund of $180.00
