My complaint with the business is that I was under the impression I was done paying for the vehicle as they did not take any more payments then I receive a email stating that I have not made any payments I called the business and agreed that I would finish making the payments even though the error was on them for not taking the payments from my bank account as per our agreement [redacted] advised me that he will re write the loan, I advised him that I do not want the extended warranty as the van is old and won't last much longer He advised me he cannot do that I advised him that I DO NOT WANT IT and since he is re writing the loan he can do it without the warranty I had asked for a copy of the paper work and have not received it I emailed Toronto auto group new banking information and followed their instructions on May 31st, at approx7-8pm and advised them it needs to take effect immediately as I am no longer using my [redacted] account The payment date is the 20th of ev

The car started issues in weeks first their was issue with the side detection system when I took car to this dealership they told me they can't do anything I need to take car to *** and soon after month there was issue with car battery and I again went back to toronto auto group they replaced with used battery for 50$ and immediately after days I got issues with battery again and than I spent around 140$ and got a new battery and in days there was oil leakage which was less I thought maybe its but soon after days tire got flat I bought used tire for 80$ and soon after a week I was on 401east going towards Scarborough smoke started coming out from the hood and than my power steering acceleration stopped working I just slowed down and no indicator no power in car I just escaped death and now alternator and time belt is broken and its costing me 1200$ to fix it and I am paying 220$ biweekly for this car monthly pa

Called me talked me into being able to qualify for a better car took my info...the ad say approved in minutes its been two weeks no one will call me back or reply to my email and now I have another inquiry on my credit report which does not look good***
