My fiancé and I checked into the central hotel on Friday evening April 13th 2018. When we went to our room it was completely unsanitary. There was dirt and hair on the sheets. The windows and blinds were broken. The smell of marijuana and cigarettes filled our room. ***. We immediately went to the desk to complain ***. We were denied a refund dispite all of this and only being in the hotel for about five minutes. I was charged the full amount for the room, nearly 100 dollars, then when I called my bank there is potentially an additional 40 dollars on my credit card that was charged to the hotel.
I would like a full refund of the room price as well as the addition 40 dollars that was charged to my card from the hotel without my knowledge or consent.

Thanks for your time $40 was not a charge it was deposit and has been credited back to the guest .
as per our records guest did not mention any thing about the room to our staff , in case some one has issues with room we always make sure we address the issue

I did complain about the state of the room when I returned the key at the desk after only being there for ten minutes. *** I mentioned that that room was filthy and the hotel smelled like smoke and I was told that no refunds are are given and that was the end of it. Again there was hair and dirt on the bed sheets, the fire sprinkle was just a hole in the ceiling, there was a piece of plywood in the filthy window, there was grim and bugs in the windowsill, stains on the chairs and the smell of marijuana nearly choked me.
