I purchased a certificate for 2 laps with Toronto Dream Cars. I bought this as a gift for my daughter's boyfriend.

I tried SEVEN times to contact this company (via email and phone) to set up the track date that was on the voucher. October 24th.

Despite my numerous attempts and the lack of response from Toronto Dream Cars, I was finally successful in getting in touch with them 3 weeks prior to the track date.

At that time, I asked to book the appointment for 11am and wanted the [redacted] car.

Again, no response, no confirmation.

A week later, I thought everything was fine, but, had a gut feeling that something was wrong. I called again and finally got in touch with someone named Sam ([redacted]). I had sent my coupon to Sam on my previous email AND I attached the coupon to the first SEVEN emails I sent (the ones where I had no reply).

When I spoke to Sam, I was told we had to pick a different car because the [redacted] would not be available that day. I later learned the car was broke down and not safe to drive!!!!

Still, because it was a gift, I asked for the [redacted].

All was fine and we thought we were on our way.

I contacted Sam the night before for the address and to see if everything was still on. I was told yes.

The morning of the track day, I received an email from Toronto Dream Cars confirming everything I had to do ... bring a credit card, directions , etc.

It was a rainy day and I have a 3.5 hour drive from Hamilton to Shannonville to drive this car!

So, I called to ensure the track day was still on. I called twice. Once at 9am and once at 11am prior to me leaving, again, I was told everything was on.

We arrived at 2:45 as per the instructions received via email. To my surprise there was about 30 people in front of me .... also booked for the 3pm time slot. This means my time slot is not 3pm.

Also to my surprise the [redacted] was taken off the track because it was not safe to drive. At the same time, there was discussion going on behind the counter by the employees about the [redacted] possibly being taken off the track bit also wasn't safe and had been "breaking down all day"

Still, we registered, were asked to pay taxes as the [redacted] coupon doesn't cover that (I thought this was a bit weird as I have never had that issue before). In addition I bought a "go pro card" that would record the driver for a cost of $30.00. Total that day was $49.37. I used my debit card.

I questioned how all these people could be here at 3pm to drive the same car as me when I had booked a time. It seems, everyone in the line was unhappy and asking the same questions as I was.

Next, we were sent to a room to watch a safety video. The video was supposed to start at 3:15 and didn't start until 3:45. ([redacted]). By this time, there were about 40 people.

After the video, we went outside and lined up. Only to wait another 20 minutes to be told the track day was now cancelled due to the weather.

The funny thing is it wasn't RAINING when they cancelled the track day. It was all cancelled because the cars were not safe.

Next we were asked to go line up an give our emails so they could send us a "replacement voucher". When I asked when the voucher was for, I was told I couldn't use it until next year as this was their last track day. I also asked if I could go to the Brampton site and was told they don't use that site anymore (despite all their advertising on [redacted]).

I asked to have my taxes and go pro refunded. The employee tried three times and three times I was told "my card was declined". Each time I explained to her my card was not declined because they had to give me money back! I explained it is THEIR back account being declined.

I explained I have no faith in them responding to emails and wanted my entire purchase back. I was told I had to contact [redacted]......BUT not before the employee .. who's name I was not successful in getting asked me if "I wanted a fist fight". [redacted]

[redacted] Their customer service is the worst I have ever had

I am not surprised this company is not Revdex.com registered but I do plan to complain to the Ombudsman.

[redacted] Their customer service is the worst I have ever had

I am not surprised this company is not Revdex.com registered but I do plan to complain to the Ombudsman.

I bought 6 laps [redacted] race track driving and went with my bf on August 2nd. I mentioned it was his birthday and paid also for video and photos they were supposed to provide us. I was told that they will send the photos in 1 week and today is Aug 14. The go pro card they gave us for the video had no recording. Whenever I contact them they are super slow getting back to me and each time I have to follow-up. They still haven't got back to me with a solution even though I e-mailed them several times. I also left a voice mail. This is a really unprofessional customer service I have ever received. You find out how professional a business is when you have an issue to be resolved. I am very disappointed!

[redacted] After driving 2.5 hours to their Shannonville racetrack, we learned that there were only TWO CARS available to drive for a ton of scheduled and paying customers.

During our wait, the [redacted] broke down mid track causing all of the patrons for this ride to cut in front it the patrons waiting to drive the [redacted]. The [redacted] had burnt out lights, and we were told this is the Italian style of the car and they're over $1000.00 to replace.

Everyone was given a number on their lap ticket, and no one was enforcing this system at all. Some patrons were waiting for their turn to drive up to 3 hours. It was a horrible experience. The staff were a bunch of kids. The operator, Sam, [redacted] offering nothing more than attitude and an extra lap if we agreed to leave and drive back another 3 hours another day.
