I placed an order on October 30th of 2019. The items were listed in stock, two listed as fast ship, for 380 + dollar's. Three weeks go by and nothing comes. I call and they tell me the items I ordered weren't in stock. They told me be patient. Noone contacts me, noone has information, they play stupid. It is now January 25th and I still do not have my products. ***. They had no problem taking my money. This business needs to be exposed for their bad practices. I'm really frustrated and either want my product or a refund. ***. What can I do to resolve this.

I normally do not write reviews even if I have had unfavourable experience with any merchant or service provider. However, when you come across an organisation that deserves an outstanding review then the review does help consumers to access such rare merchandizer or service provider. I realize that lots out there write unfavourable reviews on slightest of dissatisfaction with a merchandiser and that people generally write bad reviews more than the ones who have been fully satisfied with the merchandiser. I have dealt with Toronto Gold Bullion on a fairly large transaction and I was fully satisfied with their up frontness and service.

This review is specific for 5775 young street 10th floor location

This was the first time I bought a gold coin of 5 grams and my experience has been flawless
Genuine advice and helping people

They understood what I was looking for and suggested me other shops out of the way service

In the end I decided to go for 5grams gold thing and it had been late so they waited patiently answer closed our deal at around 6:30

I was delighted with the experience

place a small order on Aug 7 2019, for some sample product. have yet to see it. have called no answer and have sent email / no reply. I will not be a return customer.

. Unsatisfied with the service. Over promise, under delivery practice they do.

In June 8, 2019 I ordered 1 one ounce Gold *** Coin 2019 and paid fot it by e-mail transfer. My order # XXXXXXXXX
Invoice # XXXXXXXXX. Payment amount is : $ 1832.80 CAD.When I had heard nothing by the end of June I attempted to follow up by email and received no reply. I tried to contact by phone but still get no answer.

Desired Outcome

If they cannot deliver the coin I ordered and paid for I would like them to ship 1 oz Gold *** 2019 or if they do not have it in stock return my money.

You ordered an item that was not available for immediate shipping. It was made clear online during the ordering process, in red letters, that there would be a delay on this item. Thus, your patience is very much appreciated.

I do not accept the business response because I do not believe their promises and excuses. Their website says : This product is for pre-ordering.

The super low premium is just an introductory offer extended by Toronto Gold Bullion Inc. It is only for a limited time and while supplies last.
About what supplies they are talking ? For two months they do not have coin in stock and continue to advertise it for sale.

I received 25 1oz assorted silver round from Toronto Gold Bullion. I shipment did take longer than expected. But when I emailed support she responded by saying " since my first-time buyer would take a little longer than usual. I can understand that. I was pleasantly surprised. I received 5- 1 oz Silver Moose Canadian 2012, 4- 1 oz Silver Cougar 2012 & 16 1oz Silver Eagle 2011-2013. The rounds came in coin tubes and were packaged very well. I will be a repeat customer.

I call Toronto Gold Bullion Inc 4 times and I email them 4 times they will not pickup there phone or replied to any email *** I never see any thing like it I will never buy from this business again

I have not received gold I ordered moths ago although I was personally promised by Ehsan 1 week delivery. Otherwise they do not answer the phones (Or if they know who is calling) or respond on emails. I will file official complaint with Canada Mint and request their de-listing from the list of distributors.
Do not deal with them. Experience so far is 10x worse then sleaziest card dealer if they ever provide goods as promised.

I ordered a month ago. It sits in "processing" status. I inquired multiple times by phone but they never answer their telephones. I emailed and got 1 reply once which suggested I would receive the order the next week. It's been over 2 weeks now and no indication that my order will ship. I am very concerned that I will never receive my order!

I won't trust this people again. They don't reply to my inquiries regarding my order. ***. "2 Days Shipping Guarantee"?

I made one order that took nearly 2 months to deliver, and there were many ignored inquiries that I made by e-mail. I settled on different silver rounds from the ones I ordered just to make sure I would get my order. Stupid me I made the mistake of making another order after that. I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Made sure I ordered a product with the "fast ship" label to make sure I was ordering something in stock. Well that was well over a month ago now and they are back to ignoring my e-mails again.

In November 2018 I ordered two 1 ounce gold coins And paid for them by wire transfer. One was to be delivered shortly after the order and ultimately was but I had to chase it down with them. The other coin a 1 ounce *** gold Unicorn from the *** was shown as pending. When I had heard nothing by the end of January I attempted to follow up by email and received no reply. Approximately two weeks later I found them and was able to get through to someone on the phone. I asked to speak with a supervisor and after a long hold was connected. I was assured that the coin was on order with the royal meant and would be issued shortly. On questioning them further they insisted that the coins were not yet available. I checked some other sites including US sites and found that all the online gold retailers said the delivery for If they cannot deliver the coin I ordered and paid for I would like them to substitute another 1 ounce *** beast of equal or greater value. this coin was pending. Since I still hadn't received the coin last week I attempted to call again looking for a substitute coin or my money back. I received no answer to my phone call regardless of the department sales, shipping etc. I tried to get connected to. There is been no response to email either and I am extremely fearful that they have gone out of business. It now appears that I am out just over $1700 Canadian. This was the first time I dealt with them online, in the past I have dealt with them in person at their storefront. I have checked other online gold retailers and they all have the coin in stock now.

Desired Outcome

If they cannot deliver the coin I ordered and paid for I would like them to substitute another 1 ounce *** gold coin of equal or greater value.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)After weeks of trying to get a response from TGB I finally heard from them AFTER registering a Revdex.com complaint. Among other things, one excuse was that they were having phone problems. I hadn't been able to leave a message for one week, nor could I get any department to answer my call. Strange for a business. Even though all the other websites I checked had the coin in stock for weeks, TGB insisted it was on order and hadn't come in. I agreed to accept a substitute coin because I felt that my money was at risk otherwise. Therefore I have to acknowledge that the matter was resolved.

Several times emailed them about my order. Nothing, no response and no order. They took my money though. Never again.

No customer service. They are avoiding phone calls.
If you want to inquire about status of the order automated phone message will advise you to send email instead.
When you do send such email, they will respond with phone call (if they do respond).

They will not email back thus avoiding any written communication.

I still did not get gold I purchased 3 months ago.

Your package has been shipped. Your tracking number has been sent to you. Sorry we missed your phone calls.

An order was placed on Jan. 17, 2018 for a gold bar, and full payment made on the same day. Estimated delivery was 2 weeks. It's been 6 weeks and there's still no estimates of when the item will be shipped.

Everytime I send an email they respond via phone assuring that the item will be delivered in the next few days. The company has stopped answering my calls. They refuse to give a refund.

Desired Outcome

Either a refund or a firm delivery date which is reasonable and acceptable to me.

You have received the item in this order as of approximately 2 weeks ago. Since the price of this particular item increased dramatically in the time of processing your order, we felt that it was in your best interest for us to deliver the item to you rather than issue a refund.

Ordered 5 grams of platinum by e-transfer accepted by Toronto Gold Bullion December 13, 2017.
Received numerous excuses as to why order is not completed
Apparently told after ordering item out of stock. Still waiting for order 5 weeks later. Requested order several times still not shipped on January 17th. Can't even reach them by phone as your only option is to leave a message which is ignored.

Desired Outcome

I want my order shipped immediately with no more delays/excuses. I'd also like a formal apology for all the hassle they've created

We are sorry that we did not meet your expectations.

We ship all in stock items within 2 business days. However, you ordered an item that was not in stock. It is specified on our website that if you order an item that is not in stock, there is no time guarantee for delivery. At the time you placed your order, it was indicated on the product page, and again in bright red letters on your sales confirmation that the product you ordered was on back order. Products that are on back order are not available for immediate shipment, as they need to be ordered in.

Your order is going to ship out this week.

We replied to all of your emails for updates regarding the order. And we tried contacting you by phone as well but there is no answer at your phone number. Is there a better number to reach you at?

In observance of the holidays, our office was not open from December 22 to Jan 2. Otherwise, we are always answering the phones.

I have been promised shipment arrival for over 5 weeks. Why should I believe you when you now tell me it will be shipped this week. I will believe it when I see it. Also you should indicate when an item is out of stock so the customer is aware of this before they place their order.
Had such an indication been made, I would never have ordered said item.
Its bad news when a business blames the customer as a result of their own ineptness.

We would like to clarify that at the time your order was placed, it was indicated on the website that the item was not available for immediate shipping. In addition, before you press the "check out" button, it also says in the shopping cart that the item you ordered is for pre-ordering, and that your order would be delayed until the item is in stock. The sales receipt that was emailed to you also indicates in red that the item is for pre-order. We feel that this is enough indications to let our clients know the status of an item.

We would also like to mention that we provided free shipping for you on this order, even though your order was less than $500 and did not qualify for it. You selected "Combined Shipping" as your shipping option. This option is for clients who want to place multiple orders so their total becomes more than $500 and their shipping becomes free, or they can pay the shipping fee at any time and ask us to ship. We paid the shipping fee on your behalf and we hope that you appreciate that.
