I and everyone else used to get billed every two months and Toronto Hydro changed it to monthly now. Funny thing is my hydro bill is still pretty much the same as it was when I was being billed every two months. Thanks a lot for doubling my bill by changing billing to monthly. Does anyone else not see this billing strategy as a big breech of business ethics?
