Stamped cement is supposed to be the close to the same texturethe following picture are not even closeI would love for Andy to explain the conduitThat is the laziest thing I have ever seenThe form in the back is a three inch gapIt should be a NO inch gap!!! That was the agreementHe said he would dig it out, and he didn'tThe size of the gap is irrelevant, he is wrong he screwed up
We installed two new stamped concrete walkways for these customers, and he was extremely happythe day we finished with washing and sealing of the new stamped walkways, and was paid.Afterwards, we received an email stating the inconsistency of color and stamps, and a gap near their deck, and cat
prints, that they claimed we should have called them to let THEIR cats back in their house. We were finished with the stamping process, and a cat ran throughThere was nothing we could do atthis point. We have responded to every email, and call, and also went back to take a lookThe gap between thedeck and sidewalk is approximately 2" that we needed for our formworkStamped concrete is anantiquing of patterns and colors, therefore, there would be variations in the stamping and color process. After viewing in person, I thought the look was amazing I I don't see how there could possibly be anycomplaints of the final productPlease go inspect yourself, and you will see .Andrew *** Torre Concrete
This is in response to ID ***This is in response to *** *** 2"d inquiry. We responded to all of these issues in our first response, dated October 10, 2016.The conduit was running from the back of the house into the groundThere was no play to move it, andno discussions to dig it out, that would be a job for an electricianTherefore, we formed around it, andpoured our concrete. All of our work was performed professionally by our concrete crew.Once again, the overall look is amazing.Andrew*** Torre Concrete
