we did the work for Neal we did black top driveway pavers apron he choose the pavers from Nicolock pavers pewter and charcoal colors months later he text me and call any time day or night he has no respect for no buddy saying he has all the rights because he is the consumer he can call any
time he wants.I told he to ge manufacture represent to look the pavers he refused he told me it I'll contact Revdex.com.I said OK.I told he I not responsible for the pavers discoloration because I don't make the pavers I don't mix the cement contact the company who make it they I'll give you better.awser not me I just did the work I even have to work Sunday because he called every minute.final he didn't pay my company in full thanks

Pavers were put down three weeks ago by his company. His responsibility to put same color pavers. I waited to let it settle and thought after settling it would match. No it doesn't and looks terrible. He ordered pavers and should have checked for discoloration before installing.  He didn't check because he sent his workers to do job and never checked their work. Irresponsible for a boss. Very disrespectful as well.  He also delayed job to his convenience. He needs to fix. Bottom line

[redacted], you forgot already that you choose your own paver stone color in brand. I am not responsible for the discoloration, the work itself was fine but you failed to make the right decision to choose a good paver stone brand. The brand you choose is not reliable. Again, if you don't like the color you have no choice. You must contact the manufacturer. They will assign a representative to come and look at the stones. Therefore, you are responsible for your own coloration of stones and I am responsible for the work. In this case, there is nothing wrong with the work, but there is a problem with the discoloration of the stones, which is your problem because you choose the color and brand. You must not contact me or blame me for the discoloration of the stones.

This business does not stand by it's work. We had hired them to rebuild our front porch. It looked fantastic when it was first done, then it started deteriorating badly. The cement cracked and is crumbling and most of the beautiful bricks are cracked in half. We called the company and at first they refused to fix it, trying to put the blame on us and the manufacturer of the bricks, then reluctantly agreed to repair it but after several phone calls and ignored texts and 3 months later it's still not fixed and they won't respond to us. If you are looking for durability look elsewhere.

I just had my driveway and garage floor replaced by Torres Contracting (May 2015). I am very pleased with the work and the timely manner the work was completed. I was very satisfied that Torres completed construction on time (not including rain days), unlike many contractors that do not hold to their completion schedules and projects continue well beyond the estimated completion date. Also, [redacted] and his employees were very responsive to issues that arose as construction progressed.

Review: Company had laid new concrete on sidewalk and on end of driveway. within a month the concrete fell apart. Concrete that company used has been peeling,chipping,cracking and needs to be completely redone with proper concrete. The owner [redacted] said he will fix and is giving me the run around. [redacted] claims its the concrete company that he hires is using bad concrete. I told him thats not my issue and to fix it.The sidewalk is getting so bad I am afraid someone may fall.Desired Settlement: If company does not fix the issue immediately with proper cement I want a refund in cash so I can get a professional company to fix the issues.

Review: This is the second time I used Torres Contracting for masonry work, first time in this house. Last August after moving in I had the drive way, walk way and entire back yard redone in pavers, a $22,000 job. This year when we turned the existing sprinkler system on it was extensively damaged in the front yard from the work that was done and had to be repaired by our landscaper for $650 dollars. Additionally, pavers in the back yard had to come up to fix a leak caused by a shovel. This has not been fixed yet. My wife called [redacted] and left a message and he called back a few times thinking that we had more work to do but I couldn't answer.When we left off last year we had wanted him to re do the front stoop also. Finally, he sent me a text asking me what he might help with and I explained the problem. He never answered or called back because there was no new work involved and he didn't want to take responsibility for his mistakes.Desired Settlement: Take accountability for his mistakes and fix pavers in back yard

Review: [redacted] rebuild my front stoop and expanded my driveway as well as building a brick planters box for my shrubs. The work was done satisfactorily and on time. However I asked the contractor to remove the wooden forms for pouring my driveway and remove debris of dried mortar from inside and outside the brick planter's box he build. I spoke to [redacted] on 11-**-2013 and 11-**-2103 to correct the issues. Both times [redacted] assured me he would send workers over to my house to correct the situation. T o this date the problem remains and [redacted] makes empty promises. I paid [redacted] on time and I would like to get what I contracted for. This has been going on for approximately 4 weeks. Review: [redacted] acepted a down payment, from my wife, to repave our walkway yet never started the work. After several months of no activity, my wife requested a refund which she's still waiting for. He's dishonest and lacks the morals/ethics to even return her phone call.Desired Settlement: I'm not one to intimate that a company should be put out of business; however, I'm inclined to believe that we're not the only party that he's injured in this manner. I would strongly encourage that his books be audited so as to qualify his legitimacy/solvency. For any company that steals, the root cause is usually is a mismanagement of the books.Refund

I would like to complain about Torres Contracting Corp. I dealt with [redacted]- Owner. The

company installed different color pavers on my driveway. They were supposed to

be grey but they were all discolored. I contacted [redacted] and he said, " theres

nothing I can do. Contact the paver company." I said, why would you install

different color pavers on floor if you know they didnt match? He said its not my

problem. I said, I hired you to do a job and you are not sticking to contract.

Then [redacted] said, " I dont like dealing with you from the beginning." He wasnt

even present for the installation . [redacted] has no respect for the job, contract or

customers. I trusted this company and [redacted] is terrible to deal with.
