I starting going to Art of the Carolinas (a trade show hosted by Jerrys Artarama) years ago It's amazing! They actually build a store inside of the Hilton convention hall for a weekend They offer deeply discounted products and have all sorts of vendors there to help with use of said products I have been back every year and always enjoy the experience I have been a longtime customer of Jerrys and will continue to do so
I ordered the KopyKake 300XK ProjectorClearly the picture of it on the website has a base and after looking at the options I decided to purchase the "table Clamp" for $moreit does NOT state that these are Separate models they have the same Model Number for the picture on THEIR website I thought the $was an up-charge that was an added feature to the model it CLEARLY shows with the base on THEIR website and the SAME Model Number I called and I was told they are separateA base model for or the Table clamp Model for ..and then I was informed I can NOW send it back at the cost of about $OR I can purchase the BASE alone for approx $on their websiteThis seems to be advertising according to their website and why would anyone not not purchase the $model with the " $ Base already on it? but the spend MORE for less is not very good business
I placed my first order on Friday (1/22/16)There was a HUGE snowstorm rolling in the next day and all weekendThe city was at a stand stillI thought I might not hear anything for days...(I asked for day delivery)I could not believe it when I received an email MONDAY!I was being contacted to have the shipping amount approvedI could not believe that I was being contacted the first day they opened after a record breaking blizzard!!! I was really impressed they were so on the ballThe lovely lady I dealt with was *** in shipping and I hope her superior see's thisSHE was awesome!!! She went out of her way to get me the lowest shipping cost possibleI will refer people to Jerry's and I will be reordering from them for sure!

I have been a longtime customer of Jerrys and will continue to do so.
I ordered a set of 48 brushes 2 weeks before an art class and Jerry's mistakenly shipped only 24. I reported it right away, but Jerry's is not able to do any corrective action over the weekend. On Monday, they were unwilling to correct their mistake by rush shipping the replacement brushes to me in time for the Wednesday class unless I paid part of the rush shipping expense. I ended up cancelling the missing part of the order and found a new vendor. I would not recommend doing business with Jerry's since their customer service is non-existent on the weekend and they do not stand behind fixing their mistakes.
