I did said I was trying to call for about weeks because I wanted to schedule a viewing of the house so heres how things went nada torres ??the 23thof May I fill out an application right after the viewing on *** *** ** your agent asked for in application fees for adults in the house and said that they will process the application let's be clear I got proof off all the phone calls voicemails emails and texts send to your agency on the I called to get an update since I haven't heard anything and since your agent in office say I will received an update by Friday but I knew by Friday you guys had it off due to holidays so I proceed to call the to ask for an update and no luck to get a hold of you guys thru any way text call emails etcThis been a problem since day to get a hold of anyone in office which is a cellphone not a landline and a number that been changed times in the past month also I leave voicemail letting you guys know that in really interested that I got security deposit and first month ready and I needed to move by first I get nothing back I keep proceeding and calling the hundred of different numbers you got in you add I get ahold of the agent that sent a guy to show me the house and explained to her that I want an update and I need to know an answer before the first so I know I don't need to keep looking she says she doesn't know anything she's just an agent to call the office I let her know every number I called no one ever reply a text return a call or try to get in contact she proceeds to tell me that the lady is processing the application now after she says she wouldn't know anything and tells me it will take to three days to process remember from 23to it will be the second day and why process it on the if you took my money on the 23th of May so she proceeds and say she will call you Friday and let you know the update ME KNOWING FRIDAY THEY GOT IT OF! Do I look stupid? Ok the 25th is here and I heard NADA MEANING nothing from anyone I proceed to call ALL DAY LONG honestly I thought no one's work I the office because no one ever pick the cell phone company I call and call and call and no luck but I been texting and they been receiving and I know they received it because I got a confirmation text letting me know they received it that's how I learned it was a cell phone company not a landline and still I'm getting nothing back from your company I proceed to call the and call and call and nothing I decided to go back to office to find a note in door that you guys gone from Friday the and back Tuesday the 30th woahhh what a surprise I call your agent and asked her what's going on about the application she says you guys in holidays and I say then why keep telling me I'm going to received an update by Friday what would that makes yippy think nada torres?? I explained your agent that I just want an update she asked me to send her my number thru text and told me she would send an email explaining to them because I told her they never answer and she told me after the email I will received a call well guess what Tuesday was here I'm calling and calling and nothing at all I left my job half day to go to the office and luckily there were actually workers in there I proceed to window the chubby Hispanic lady with a bun was in the cellphone company on *** looked at me kinda scared and I asked her about the application while she was there I called from two different numbers and she forwarded calls to voicemail and asked if I was interested in another house because hague been rented since last week meaning you guys knew it was rented you guys still took my money for it and toy guys didn't move a damn finger to even let us know about it I say no I got approved by another company I was just really interested in your house walk out walking out CALLED MORE TIMES AND ABSOLUTE NOTHING the person in desk got a cellphone with a bunch of missed calls not only ours because she left the phone open and I was going thru what was in the screen they don't absolutely nothing other than rolling in *** I went in your business *** wrote a review because that's what reviews are for toy contacted me at the moment you did I couldn't answer I proceed to answer you the next day when I was not busy and come to find out you blocked me like a child someone responsible and with education would of take they business matters in hand so again I proceed to review again because my post was deleted from your business timeline since it wasn't a real review just a post and yes other people review it because they also paid the Application fee and got scammed and I let you know that I was taking it to Revdex.com to report because in your office there's a number one sign in Revdex.com and come to find out is a lied I had to register your business because is not known buy anyone so you also giving advertisement it didn't had to cone to this if you wouldn't be so childish blocking me instead of taking care of your business and having employees doing absolute nothing at all I also review it in *** and it will go on as much as I can because you childish and not taking this serious the other applicants are also going to report to Revdex.com and *** thank you for taking your business of of *** you guys not doing your job and is your fault nada torres y'all need to get to work

Hello,I am sorry you have bad experience with Torres TurnkeyYou did apply back on the 23rd on May its takes a couple days to get your background check to come backWe were closed on Friday May 26th and Monday on Memorial dayYou sent an email on Friday morningWe talked to you on Tuesday about
your applicationSo it definitely wasn't two weeks.There were many application that came through for that particular property that the owner was reviewingWhen you came in to the office my assistant wasn't going to answer the phone while you are talking to her in the officeyOu also stated to my assistant that you found a place.You and Justin had things on your background that shown up we were taking the extra step to do a landlord reference and to try at least see if we can have you see another property we have listed at the moment or ones that were coming up at the end of this month depending if the owner would except your background checkPlease dont take anything personal this is businessif there was an concern you had, you could of email me and stated you wanted to talk to a manager on how this was handled instead of writing a review that was not necessary our Facebook page and when I did message you I know you received it and you never message back that same dayIt also wasn't necessary to have people that were listed on your application rating my company Star this definitely could of been handled a better wayHope you have a good experience at the new property your moving to.Hope you have a great day:)
