Dear Revdex.com I visited this complex to rent an apartment
I was not really happy as it is a run down property
I decided to go ahead and choose them for my frenchie to have more space to walk
I explained my situation with my partner transferring and I we ould pay a years rent in advance if needed
They seemed okay with it
Except once they found out my partner was a Male that became a problem they still suggested he fill out another application online so that was a third charge
I left $500 to secure a 2 bed room
Then they started with we can't take his income and on and on til I finally said look I am tired of the lies and excuses if your not LGBTQ friendly just say it

I am reaching out regarding the claim made with Torrey Ridge apartments. We just received the notice and I read we have 5 calendar days to respond. Before the date of this notice Mr. holding deposit of $500 had already been mailed back to him.
Mr *** was denied due to him not meeting the rental Criteria. He was moving from Las Vegas and did not have current employment here in Fresno CA. We could not verify his income nor his employment. Mr *** stated he was still searching for employment. We had no verifiable income is why he did not get approved.
We will be mailing back his application fees as well. Since the applications had been run through the process to refund those is a little longer. We will have those out to him this week.

Good Afternoon,This Money order was mailed out right away to the ***'s address. We called the number that was listed on the money order since we have a copy of the money order that was mailed - there is a number to track the money order and it does state that this was in fact cashed on January 7th. If you did not cash this I advise you to call the money order company and they will give you that information. Since we are not the original purchasers we do not have access to that information. I am rejecting this response because:
How irresponsible to just send a money order in the mail to my old address I did an address change and I have received tons of mail for our businesses and personal Why didn't they send it secure
A totally run down place with liers and cheaters who steal money from potential tenants
They act really nice once the money is on deposit they turn on you
Don't waste your time, energy or money on this place
