Review: I purchased a extended warranty on a 2006 dodge ram pick up for $1599.00 for 7 seven years 60000 miles,in the agreement if I didn't use it I could go back to the dealer and get my money back.Well on DEC 26TH I went to the dealership and they took my ifo and said it will be processed on the 13th of January 2014 which was when it was to expire.I called the dealer again the week of january 20th and was told it was still on the his desk for approval.Desired Settlement: I just want to get the money that is owed to me per the contract.
