that in order to cancel before the 12-month term has been completed there is a $58.00 buyout fee, and after 12 months has been completed there are two ways in order to stop the membership. Either come to your home location and fill out the cancel document, and or mail in a certified letter stating that you need to cancel the membership . There is no history or documentation of a cancellation. Please get with us as soon as possible to take care of any changes on your account. We will be responding to the Revdex.com with the same information, as they have asked for a response to the letter we received.
