Response:The homeowner received a proposal from Tortorice Contractors, no money ever changed hands. After getting back to the office the estimator found that he make a mistake and contacted the homeowner to tell them we could not do the job for the price on the proposal. Again no money changed hands...

so the proposal was null and void.
