Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction In this particular instance, Mr [redacted] requested the return of his trade in vehicle which at the time was unavailable We also believed that the cash we paid the customer was agreeable with him We have recently traded his car back into our inventory, and because we have now learned that the customer is not satisfied with our cash payment, we are willing to return his vehicle to him in exchange for the refund we paid Mr [redacted] .Thank You,Morris L [redacted]
The manager is only trying to take advantage of me because he is smartHe has been drilling me since two weeks after I purchased the vehicleI returned to his office the 2nd week with the vehicle complaining to him about the lights that had come on the dashboard screen and the car not running goodHe took the car and told me he will get it fixedTwo days later, he called me to come and get the car and that it was fixedThe same day I drove the car from his shop, everything went back to as it was before and so I went back to himThe manager told me to send the car to *** Devon Pa and have the car fixedAfter they fixed the car, he did not pay the amount billed which was $and therefore I was not able to pick the carThe mechanic at *** then took the parts he put into the car and had me pay for labor only after I explained to him and he told me to take A2Z to Revdex.comI did file a complain with Revdex.com against them and after they received their letter, he called me and told me he will fix the car for me and therefore I should redraw the caseI then did not respond to the mail from Revdex.com to cancel the complaint and he took the car to his mechanic counterpart to fix it and that is where he spent the $he mentioned in his letterThe mechanic had the car for about weeks and had to take a rental to work and schoolAll I was wishing for was the car to be fixed and I will be able to use it successfullyI have take the car to a mechanic on different occasions after I got the car backA witness will be the warranty company which he mentioned in his letterThe warranty company only cover the mechanical parts of the car and did as well but the car has other problems including electrical and staffThe bigger issue is, I am still paying on this car with the bank and yet I am not able to utilize itI contacted the bank (*** ***) and filed the complaint to them but their reply was that they cannot they cannot do anything about it than taking the car and giving me to the collectionsA2Z motors will continue doing this to customers if they are not correctedThere are thorns of worse reviews against them on the Revdex.com website, yelp, and many othersAnother part of the story which I did not even include was the fact that they charged me more down payment than it appears on my lease agreementI have receipts and every document that will evident everything I have written here and ready to mail it

I purchased the car in February of It is now February He had sufficient time to rectify the situation and opted not to do soAt this point, I intend to have the car paid off in - months timeAs a result, another extended warranty contract will be of no value to meThe only action I will accept from the company is to have the $2,that was paid for the service I did not receive reimbursed to meI had an Attorney contact them saying as much, and have had no responseLegal action seems to be my only option at this time

declined from warranty co. I believe his problem is with the warranty company FOR WE A2z have came out of pocket for about $700 even though he signed AS-IS NO WARRNANTY FROM, A2Z. The warranty has payed out the $ the customer is saying he paid. unfortunate that he has had issues but I SALE USED CARS AND GET THEM INSPECTED BEFORE I BUT THEM THATS ALL I CAN DO! I am not aware if and when a car breaks down that why I SALE EXTENDED WARRANTIES WHICH HE BOUGHT!
Paperwork was mailed to wrong DMV location by accident. We picked up the paper work brought it to the right location, got it processed and hand delivered the tags to the customer and customer was satisfied.
