Client in complaint did in fact sign certificate of completionAll certificate of completions are put in a file and put awayCertificate of completions is basicly stating "All goods and services have been completed in full"And has been paid in fullNow on our partWe did tell complainantThat we would return and re edge his center islandWe will be in contact with complainant to resolve this matter asapWe will be taking care of this issue IMMEDIATELYNow the stone that was selected is in fact the stone customer selectedThe stone looks completely different when cut into dimensions of countertops
