We have been in buisness here in the same location for about 32 years. We haven't been here this long for getting people while their down. I don't know where the price came from for an alternator for $114.00 came from we couldn't even buy one for that. Maybe the belt and tensioner would have lasted...

till she got home. But what if it didn't. You still would have been upset. We went out of our way to get her rolling. Stayed after hours on a Saturday drove 40 miles to pick up the parts and also went against company policy and took a credit card over the phone. I guess it just doesn't pay to extend yourself. Should have just stayed in the motel for the weekend and then called the parts stores that would have opened on Monday that isn't open on the weekends so the cheapest part could have been found. Sorry for the troubles

still came out from behind a Power Stroke so who would have known. I thought splitting the cost was fair if you didn't think so I wished you would have said something. We didn't want to keep your truck and we didn't try. We let you stay plugged into our electric so you could stay in your camper and save on Hotel costs. We pushed your truck in and out of our shop so you could stay in it every night. I'm sure their isn't many shops that would go into that much trouble to push a 3/4 ton ford diesel with a big camper on it in and out. It was a used transmission it had markings on it from being rebuilt at aamco in 2003. I thought it would have been a good part. We put a new trans filter in it with new fluid. We tried making sure that it was the best it could be. Your partner really liked the way it shifted and drove. I just need a little more info on what went wrong. All I heard was a Fluid leak. Some pics would help and what the garage see's what the problem is. I'll help as much as I can.Sorry[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: there are no charges for towing on the invoice I received. I belive $474.91 is unreasonable for labor to replace a water pump and put on a belt, and although I appreciate you going against policy and accepting my credit card...

over the phone you certainly had the form readily available to do so. Faxes are $1.00 a page  we didn't send that many back and forth. Lastly $66.41 is a little much to key in credit card numbers.

I am rejecting this response because:I have ordered a different transmission and have to wait for it to come in before they will remove the one that this garage sold me that is no good.as soon as it is removed and I have paperwork supporting that it is useless.  I still feel that I was taken advantage of as I did say something to Kevin about the toque converter and he just brushed it off. There will be pictures and paperwork to show the breakdown and cost to replace the transmission.

OK, Sounds good. Just get me the info as soon as you can. Wish you would have went with a Remain in the first place so you would have had a Warranty and wouldn't be going through this. Yall had told us you didn't have the money for what a Remain would cost and also didn't have the time to wait on a remain to be ordered. But let me know on the info so we can get this behind us.Thanks

You should really collect more info. before you start calling someone a thief. Your truck has stayed in a locked secure yard, very well lite, with video surveillance.  We have no need of stealing your parts. I buy my own wrecked trucks to obtain parts from. As you should know we tried...

purchasing your truck from you.  We have been in business for over 30 years right here in the same location.  We don't steal, have never stole and would not even take a chance for fear of loosing our wrecker license and be marked in our community as being a bunch of thiefs . We told your truck to another garage for the repairs of the accident.  It has been their for about 2 weeks.  It had been left unattended, not locked up behind a fence, not locked up inside a building.  I don't know for how long it was left out.  On top of that its a truck stop,many trucks coming in and out all hours of the day and nite. Sorry for the Troubles but your missing parts was not our fault.Thank You[redacted]

I guess just do what you need to do.  You just know to much that goes on around here.  If [redacted] left how did your car get done? Oriellys does not deliver on the weekends. Unless something has just recently changed the ford parts store hasn't open on a Saturday in many years. Why didn't you just call around and locate the part and have it brought in.  We done the best we could do on a saturday, with everyone wanting to leave at 12:00. We did have to send a guy after your part. That is 40 miles round trip. We did stay late to get your car going. So you could keep going and not me stuck in a motel for the weekend. Nobody can pay help and keep the lights on for selling anything at what it costs. We provided you a service, it got you going and it got you home. You could have stopped the sell before the car left. It just makes it hard to return parts once they where good enough to get you home. I am sorry for all the troubles, but this just isn't a serious problem. The phone calls of you calling and threatening to knock someones head off if this isn't taken care of is just un called for. We have treated you with respect and have tried to explain many [redacted]es over the phone. I don't mind typing this out for all to see. As we have nothing to hide. We don't steal or cheat-never have and never will. We have a great relationship with the local law enforcement.  I'm sorry once again. I hope you can soon have a good day.

I am rejecting this response because: Obviously I am simply spinning my wheels trying to get any resolution in this matter with you.  For your representative to quote me a price and then clearly overchharge me and come up with a story I have in fact proven to be a lie and knowingly put a remanufactured alternator on my vehicle and tell me it is not and charge me double what I was quoted from your company for the part is ridiculous.  Now you sir have the audacity to tell me, and I quote, "this just isn't a serious problem"....  Have you bothered to look at any of your reviews whether it be here, social media, websites, or anywhere else there may be one.  Obviously I am not the only person that feels as though I have been manipulated, gouged, taken advantage of, lied to etc..... Read and read on and on about your company, I have. My credit card was charged hours prior to my vehicle being fixed and me not being notified of the total until after it was done and down the road, and not even by a representative from your company, but by my fiancee. How could I have stopped this as you claimed in one of your responses.  Another [redacted]e you repond by saying, why didn't you find your own parts??..  You sir and your company in my opinion are horrible businessmen and you should be ashamed of how you treat customers.  Yes we may have only been a one [redacted]e customer that won't do business with you again, but we are just as important as the regulars, if you have any.....  You and your team of managers are simply "one of a kind."  All I asked, in the beginning, was to pay what I was quoted for the part.... Would it have been that hard?   Why do the lies continue??
