Review: Total Auto Care repair shop in [redacted], MD took my car in for repairs in November 2013. The repairs Mr. H[redacted] claimed that he made, were not done according to our contract agreement. This resulted in the car failing to pass emissions. Ultimately, the car was towed by the [redacted] County Police, along with several other cars, from Total Auto Care in July 2014. Mr. H[redacted] nor Total Auto Care ever called me to let me know that the car was towed. According to another victim who had their car taken at the same time, we both experienced the same issues with Total Auto Care. No return phone calls or emails, parts taken from the vehicle, license plates removed from the vehicle, and empty promises to repair the vehicle. Total Auto Care is an reliable, unscrupulous business. The one owner I dealt with, Mr. H[redacted] is a scam artist and a liar.Desired Settlement: I would like for Total Auto Care to pay for the loss of my vehicle at the current value, and refund the amount of money I paid for parts and labor on the vehicle.
