BUYER BEWARD
BUYER BEWARE: On 12/31/24, I spoke with Steve from Total Body Experts. I told him I was looking for a single, 2 year old refurbished Nustep for my gym. Steve told me that not only did he have one of exactly what I was looking for but that he had two of them! I asked him if he himself had seen these 2 Nusteps in person and he assured me that he had and that I would be very impressed. I requested photos of the exact units he was referring to. Instead he sent me to the stock photo shown on their website. He claimed that the photo depicted was exactly what I was going to receive so I agreed and gave him my credit card number. What arrived at my gym was two broken down, filthy and MUCH older than 2 year old Nusteps. I tried to refuse delivery but their delivery person did not seem to understand english. I sent them photos of the Nusteps with dried blood running down the side of one, the blood wrapped up in the plastic wrap on one, the sand, dust, dirt, on the mechanicals, the internal rails, foot pegs, hand pegs and underneath, not to mention the broken plastic shrouds and bases on both of them. They were MUCH OLDER and quite broken down Nusteps than I asked for. They looked like something someone had discarded. I received an apology email from Francis. He asked if he could have the Nusteps picked up, refurbished and brought back to me. I said no! I would be a fool to just take the word of anyone at Total Body Experts again after the trash they just had shipped to my gym. I requested a full refund. He agreed. He said he had 2 more units he'd like to sell me. I requested photos, videos of them working and the serial numbers of BOTH units before I agreed to do business with them again. I told him after receiving that information, I would do my research and decide whether or not they were the 2 year old refurbished Nusteps that I ordered to begin with. He agreed and the junk Nusteps were picked up from my gym. Francis' story has changed now. He denies saying I'd get a refund and claims that the junk Nusteps I received was in error and were meant for someone else. While telling me what a "christian catholic" man he is, his solution is to deny my refund and instead replace the junk Nusteps with 2 more "functional" Nusteps. I did not call Total Body Experts to inquire if you had any "functional" Nusteps for sale.Very shady to offer me "functional" Nusteps when I specifically ordered 2 year old refurbished Nusteps. I've added a few of the pics trash they sent me. I've purchased both used and new equipment for my gym for 25 years and this is by far the worst company I've ever dealt with. Run, don't walk away from this scammy company and their shady employees.

Jay was great to work withI bought a StairMaster and had lots of questionsJay was very patient and made sure all my questions were answeredI had a budget I was working with and Jay led me to the perfect machine that fit my budgetI feel I got a great deal and so far the service has been fantasticI would recommend Total Body Experts and Jay to any of my family or friends

Do not do business with Total Body Experts. We had the worst buying experiences of our life dealing with this company. I do not wish what we went through on anyone. We purchased a factory refurbished and rebuilt woodway treadmill for $5300+. Parts were gaurenteed for 1 year. We asked many questions and were assured it was "like new". It took them 6 months to deliver the treadmill. They sent us a a rusty, worn out treadmill that had not been touched by a technician. We rejected the treadmill they delivered. We had to get an Attorney to get them to take it back and refund our money. The employees were difficult to work with. They ignored our emails and gave us the run around during phone conversations. I never complain but I don't want another person to go through what we went through.

Exact same experience

I've been researching which spin bike to purchase for months and wasn't sure which to settle on. I was nearly certain about the peloton but was irritated that I couldn't use the screen for anything but their classes and what would happen if they went out of business. Steve [redacted] at [redacted] spent a good half an hour on the phone with me answering all my questions and made my decision so much easier. From on board computer, shipping, styles and brands...he cleared up all my questions and I ultimately went with the Schwinn ac performance plus. Thanks so much!
