I CALLED TOTAL CARE AND ASKED IF THEY FIXED BMW HE SAID YES BRING YOUR CAR IN AND WE WILL CHECK IT OUT

SOME OFF MAIN PROBLEMS SO I TOLD THEM TO FIX THE SPARK PLUGS SHOCK ABSORBER REAR CONTROL ARM AND AIR MASS METER BOOT SO HE CALLED AND SAID THE CAR WAS READY TO BE PICKED. I ASKED WHAT WAS MY TOTAL SHE
SAID FOR PARTS 465.14 AND LABOR 500.00 TOTAL 1040.00 SO I WENT THERE ON LAST FRIDAY AFTERNOON TO PICK
UP MY CAR ON 9/27/2019 PAID IN FULL SHE SAID EVERYTHING IS GOOD AND THAT THEY TEST DROVE IT. SO DROVE
HOME RIGHT AROUND THE CORNER FROM THE SHOP PARKED THE CAR IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE. SO SATURDAY ONE MIND SAID DRIVE THAT CAR AND MAKE SURE THERE IS NO PROBLEMS SO I DROVE ABOUT 15 MILES TO THE NEXT TOWN ON THE WAY BACK I HEARD A SCRETHING SOUND AND AS I KEPT DRIVING THE SOUND GO LOUDER AND LOUDER SO I MADE IT BACK HOME THANK GOD AND PARKED IT MONDAY MORNING I CALL THE SHOP AND TOLD THEM THAT MY CAR WAS MAKING A NOISE IN THE BACK ON THE DRIVER SIDE SHE SAID OK BRING IT BACK THEY PROBABLY DIDNT TIGHTEN THE BELT BACK UP TIGHT ENOUGH.I ASKED HER HOW DID THEY NOT TIGHTEN THE BELT I COULD OF HAD AN ACCIDENT OR WORSE SO I DROPPED THE CAR BACK OFF. LATER THAT DAY SHE CALLED AND SAID SHE HAD AN ESTIMATE FOR ME TO REPLACE THE DRIVE BELTS TWO DIFFERENT ONES AND THE OTHER ACC BELT TENSIONER ASSY MIND ME THESE BELTS HAD TO BE WORKING IN ORDER FOR ME TO DRIVE THIS CAR FOR MONTHS SO I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER HE GOT ON THE PHONE WITH AN ATTITUDE I SAID MR GOE TELL ME WHY SHOULD I PAID YOU
248.56 FOR SOMETHING THAT WAS ALL READY WORKING WHEN I DROPPED MY CAR OFF THESE ARE THE MAIN BELTS TOO EVERYTHING SO IF THEY AINT WORKING NOW THATS YOUR FAULT SO WHY SHOULD I PAY YOU FOR SOMETHING YOUR WORKERS OR YOU UNDONE. HE GOT ANGRY BECAUSE I TOLD HIM HE NEEDS TO TIGHTEN MY BELTS BACK LIKE THEY WAS AND STOP TRYING TO BEAT ME
I have fixed the rear control arm and the rear shocks and spark plugs and breather hose I didn’t touch the belt because what I done to the car doesn’t required any work on the belt

*** -they did fix the four things but my car was running fine before they did that work I contacted the seller and she said she would testify to that the belts was just fine and the mechanic
told my husband that he probably just need to tighten up the belts a little. so why wasn't the belts on the paper when the put the car on the machine they said those 4 things was the most important
things I had to fix you cannot drive the car without the belts working you think that might of been the first thing they mention. however I paid 1046 dollars for them to make my car not driveable so they
can charge more money I have the reciepts and the second statement they gave me saying whats going on with the car but they didn't give me the paper when they put the car on the machine telling
them whats going on with the car. who's to say if that what the fixed was fixed or was that something they wanted to fix. i'am going to pray about this one thing I do know God do answers prayer.
Because no one told her we going to tight the belts because those kind of belts had a spring load tensioner it can’t be tight and we can’t check a belt by computer

*** THEY TOOK THE BELTS OFF IN ORDER TO FIX THE OTHER PARTS SO WHAT THEY DIDN'T DO WAS TIGHTEN THEM BACK UP. I HAVE A BUSINESS TOO I'AM THE ERO OF T&E TAX SERVICE
I KNOW FOR A FACT IF I DO SOMETHING WRONG ON A TAX RETURN ITS GOING TO REJECT THE RETURN ONLY THING THEY DID WAS MADE MY VEHICLE WORSE THAN WHAT IT WAS. I HOPE YOU DON'T
DO ALL OF YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE YOU DID ME IF THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH MY CLIENTS RETURNS I DO A DIAGNOSTIC AND SEE WHAT THE PROBLEM IS AND FIX IT EVEN IF THEY HAVE PAID ME AND
THAT'S HOW YOU KEEP YOUR CLIENTS COMING BACK TO YOU IT BY THE PAPER YOU GAVE ME THE COST TO DO THE BELTS WERE ONLY 248.00 AND I TOLD YOU TO GO AHEAD AND FIX IT AND YOU SAID
NO TAKE IT SOME WHERE ELSE. SO I HOPE YOU LEARN FROM THIS JUST BECAUSE I'AM A WOMAN YOU THOUGHT I DIDN'T KNOW NOTHING ABOUT A CAR AND WHATS GOING ON WITH IT. I WAS TAUGHT
