Review: This company is a scam. They called up saying that they work for [redacted], and noticed that there were issues on my grandmas computer. They asked for remote access (asking my Grandma who doesn't understand much about computers) and told her it was the best way to protect herself. They used access on my grandmas computer to set up a [redacted] account, as well they charged her credit card $149.00 USD. They called 1 month later saying there was a fire in their servers, and wanted her to use the [redacted] account to receive a refund from them, but they needed all her card information again. I watched as they tried to walk her through sending them another $300.00. Scammers. I got on the phone and they gave me the name of this company, and a false number that no one even answered when I called. This company NEEDS to be verified, to protect people against them. These people owe us money back.Desired Settlement: We want a refund of the $149USD, and this company to be charged with fraud and providing false information.
