On February 8, 2016 our insurance company scheduled transportation to my husband's doctor's appointment. We were picked up and dropped off at the doctor's office without issue but when we called to be picked up to go home we ended up waiting over 2 hours to be picked up. We had to leave the office because they were locking up for lunch. We gave up waiting because it was 2 and 1/2 hours and had asked a friend to "rescue" us. Our friend was almost to us when they called and said they would be 3 more minutes. I have ms and fibromyalgia and most definitely can not be standing outside in the cold for long periods of time. I filed a complaint with our insurance company and warn others to beware.
