On 3/21/22 we were charged $29.95 for a product we never ordered or heard of! We’re trying now to reach them and they do not answer. Husband is calling bank now. They will dispute and investigate the payment and credit us the money but now we’ll have to get a new card and go through the hassle of notifying all the autopayments we have connected to it. This is a THEFT RING!

I purchased six bottles of Keto Diet Tablets from this company after taking two bottles I hadn't lost any weight so I sent them back and asked for a refund which they said they would do. They received my tablets back on 25 July last year to this day I have not received a refund. They tell me that their electronic funds had a major fault, the cheque is in the mail. I am a pensioner and I depend on my pension to get by but to have a dishonest company do this I will certainly be wary of purchasing overseas again. Don't deal with them they are dishonest and they don't care.

Purchased Keto1500 and returned the products with the 60 days trial period which was back in Jul2021. It's Jan 2022 and still waiting for full refund. I attempted to call the customer service number 1-833-288-9767 numerous times over the last six month and either no answer or a recording "we are not available to take your call at this time". Any suggestions on how I can get my refund.

the company acts like a third party to keto supplements or skinny pill they use many names with claims of being on shark tank . they never were if they do not steel your money our right they offer a return scam charging you for returns and processing fees and a monthly subscription in the terms hidden at bottom of the various web pages they use. repot them immediately if you run across them...

I bought a product from this company and I thought I was paying $39. CDN but when I recieved my *** Invoice, I noticed I was billed for $310.40, which I did not authorize. Now I am being told I have to keep product for 60days. I can't afford this product, and I do not want to get stuck with $310.40 which I did not authorize.

This company is scamming people. There is no way to contact them to return items and cancel membership, which is not known until the final check-out. Also, there is no 'review' of the total order before final check-out. You think you are getting a free bottle for tryout and they process your card for $240 for 6 bottles without even showing it in the order page. And they don't cancel the order.

I ordered by mistake 6 bottles (wanted one to try one), within 24 hours of ordering I tried calling to cancel order and finally after 7 hours got a hold of them. Was told cannot return until after July 26 but when they come to follow instructions to get a $50.00 rebate. Will I have tried calling and did send them a letter for info with rebate but as of today have not heard from them. The letter I sent was dated June 1. Is this a legitimate company. When I tried calling I was number 68 then number 44 and so on. I have copies of everything I have sent, plus all of their paperwork. Thank you.

I ordered the product on March 29, 2020. I read the contract as I strolled and I never saw the mention of a restocking fee.
The restocking fee. I never saw where it was ever mentioned. I spoke with 2 different people about returning the merchandise and they never mentioned a restocking fee either. The advertisement stated full refund and no mention of the fee. I feel 8.95 is a lot to take unopen bottles that was still in the origanial package and place them back on the shelf. They probably just turned around in their chair and place it on the shelf.

This company will not refund my money, I returned the product unopened in 1 week, it was NOT what I wanted, I waited the 60 days, they refuse refund.
This company has pop up *** and other online adverstising avenues, I wanted to learn the ingredients, but they asked for all of my personal information to include CC # before I could see what the content of the product was, they processed an order. I immediately sent them emails and called to cancel. They said it was too late and I would have to wait 60 days for refund. I received the product and returned immediately unopened. I contacted my CC company and reported the company as fraudulent. My CC investigated and is still investigating even though they released the funds. I contacted them after 60 days and they said they would return the money, THEN, I received a phone call 1 day later and they said that because I reported them as fraudulent to my CC company they refused to return my money, even though I had returned the product within 1 week of receiving it. I have all documentation attached. I can provide more confirmation, but your system does not appear to allow but one attachments. I noticed there are several other complaints against this company. They are scamming people with their ordering system. Please help! Please have someone contact me for more documentation I can provide.

The company has misleading ads that show produce for 3 bottles for 39.97 and 3 free. But when looked at account they had taken out $225.
After we had notice that the had mislead with this produce we called and was hung up on once, giving three different numbers to call and once we did get a guy on the phone he was very rude to the fact my boyfriend grabbed the phone.. we would like to know if something can be done about this company with the false pretense, and the rudeness of there employees.

leads you to believe you're only purchasing a set mount as certain price then charges card more.

This company has sent me many email saying they returned $171.30 to my checking account. My bank said it has NOT been credited. I paid $225.00
On 2/17/20 I answered an email from my neighbor about cbd oil. We had just had a conversation about it for my daughters back pain. Unknowingly, the email/link was a phishing from thermoburn.
The confirmation # is 14509430. Shipment cof. 22018432. I paid 225. I called right away to return or cancel it. They said after I receive the merchandise I had to wait 60 days. I put it on my calendar called and got the RM a number 14509430 -298887 I registered it and they received it. They said it was refunded 5/11/20 $171.30. My debit account never received it and they're only answer is they sent it. I have to follow up with the bank. I have gone to the bank it just never was returned. They have promised to call me back, escalate it, but everyone I've spoke to has been a dead end.
This morning there was a charge for 29.95 I called the number and they said I had joined at CBD club. They canceled it but they felt very free to take it out of my account.

After reading everything about this company I will do everything I can to see that they are stopped from ripping people off. Please contact me if you have any more questions that I have not filled out. Thank you for your help

I was charged by *** and promsed delivery in 10-14 business days. I was charged £196.05 via my visa debit card.

First call - 15th May I requested to cancel the order which they said could not be done.

Second call - 3rd June they claimed the item was sent to the wrong address, and promised to resend . After speaking to a guy called Austin *** (***), I was promised a tracking number which was sent via e-mail but of no use because it was not a clickable link and no Shipping company information, he also promised a refund of $50 to my account, has not happened so far!

I falsely contacted by an email for a company acting like they were ***. The email message said "Congratualtions" I had been selected to get an exclusive reward. I needed to complete a 30 second marketing survey about my shopping experiences. After completing the survey I was led to the final page where it said that in addition to the reward I would get a second item if I paid for shipping. This transaction took place on 4/22/20. I did use my CC to pay for the shipping. The package came on 4/27/20 but was held in my building package room. A new process is in place in my building for holding packages due to the Covid 19 problem. On 5/6/2020 this company charged my CC 89.99 for a subscription to receive ongoing products from them. I contacted them 3X and was told that this was in the agreement terms when I agreed to pay the shipping charges. They indicated that I had only 14 days to terminate my subscription that I never agreed to in the first place. I contacted my bank and initiated a dispute. The last time I called the merchant (***) they would not agree to reimburse me the 89.99 but said they would work on a compromise if I organized a 3-way call with my bank and them. My bank declined and provided me with some guidance on how to confirm with the marketing company that they do not have the authority to use my CC for any future purposes and that 89.99 charge is disputed. I told them I was sending the product back but they said they can't take it back. Lastly, I informed them that I was filing a complaint against the company Revdex.com & Attorney General. I also told them that I knew they used *** to send me the email with the initial offer. I contacted the fraud department at *** and they confirmed that they did not send an offer to me. The email came from ***. The owner of that email is known to be ***.

June 3, 2020 order placed by my son. He was told $39.82 I looked at my credit card June 4, 2020 am saw a pending charge for $239.82.I called to cancel the order as it had not been shipped yet. They told me I needed to try the product for 60 days and then I could return the unused bottles for a refund. I said I don't take CBD gummies and I want to cancel the order. They refused and said it was in their policy. I received no policy and never was there a checkout where it stated that much money would be taken out of my account. My son showed me the cart. It said $39.xx. They won't cancel my order. And now my card is having to dispute this. These people are ruthless and it's fraudulent to put this onto ***.;

Was told the order already processed and was transferred to a "manager" named Scott who said they would issue 10 percent discount and send a bottle of "Thermo Burn" for 99 cents with no obligation. Received the 6 bottles of "Thermo Max" and 1 bottle of "Thermo Burn" in SAME package even though 6 bottles were supposedly in warehouse to be shipped at time of call. Was told a refund could be issued after 30 days if not satisfied. Called after 30 days to request refund and was told by Caden and Whitney (two calls) that I had to wait 60 days. Mailed all unopened bottles back priority mail anyway. Now up to $285.00 money due back to me.
