Total Comfort A/C Systems

The installation of our [redacted] system was not according to [redacted] Besides the multiple [redacted] that damaged my [redacted] on[redacted] I heard a loud [redacted] sound as if something [redacted] I found that the [redacted] line to the outside [redacted] system was had ruptured.Since Total Comfort sent us a letter stating that they suggest we use a [redacted] company to [redacted] our system, in essence to never to call them again due to the [redacted] dispute over [redacted] damage and damage to one of our [redacted], we called [redacted] company when the latest leak occurred. That company came out and found that the drain line was not properly angled and corrected the issue.So when the water line [redacted], I called the [redacted] company and they found that the cause of the rupture was the type of [redacted] used by Total Comfort. They [redacted] clearly states to use [redacted] tubing for the line and the line that was used was made of [redacted] The [redacted] specification instructions are visible on the outside of the [redacted] located on the outside of my home near the [redacted] box. The[redacted] company has not yet provided me with an estimate to replace all the [redacted] water line with the proper [redacted] line but they did patch the broken line so that we had hot water and could use the [redacted] system. So far we have had to pay $[redacted] and $[redacted] for [redacted] calls, the first call was due to the [redacted] leak from the ** system in the attic and I was told by the [redacted] company that the installation was not how they install them and was the reason that the system will go to shut down on its own.
