Total Comfort Service technician responded promptly, and completed the service on my air conditioning system satisfactorily.

I was not happy with the first tech they sent me. Called total comfort customer service. Explain that I need to talked to the tech they sent me. She was very concern about my service. I explain my concern to her she apologize and said she will have the tech on call, call me back. [redacted] called me with in 10. I explain my concern. He ensured me that he would be at my home the next day to fine what is happen. [redacted] did what he needed to do. He was very concern with the problem I was having. He help me to put my mind at ease. He was very patient and sympathetic. Thank You.

I will not hesitate to recommend Total Comfort to anyone I know with a heating or cooling problem.

Had pretty good experience for several years, but when I had to have a coil replaced (under warranty) the Puron was not covered under warranty. TC charged $555.00 for less than $150.00 worth of Puron. System quit 2 days later and another tech came and said there was too much Puron and he drew out 2 lbs - no refund for 2 excess lbs. I questioned the charge and was told that Puron was $38+ per lb. Checked online and with other AC installers and was told Puron is much less than 10.00 per lb. They've lost my business.
