There was no reprogramming involved batteries were replaced at no charge. Battery replacement is not covered under the warranty.
I personally changed the batteries and tested the remotes. We had diagnosed several issues. Customer seemed only to want to do what would be covered. Again as a goodwill gesture I replaced batteries at no charge tested and all was working well with remotes. Customer seemed appreciative at the time.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
 I did agree to charges for the diagnosis with the understanding that if the warranty company covered any of it I would be reimbursed $150.00. The warranty company stated that they do cover reprogramming,  just as the company said was the problem. So, I would've got some of the diagnosis fee back.  If the company did call the warranty company for a general question on my contact,  the warranty company puts that general question on record as well.  Whether a claim was made our not.  The customer service agent at warranty company explained no phone calls other then my own were made. There were  None from Northtown.Regards,[redacted]
