Todd, the owner, was incredibly personable He was willing to explain what he was doing He provided several options and helped us decide what we needed to do in moving forward at this time We definitely recommend Total Comfort, Incand Todd for any heat/A/C needs He repaired our unit this time - but when we need to replace it in the future, he will be our one and only call
