Steve came to my home on short notice and that's where the nightmare began It took him months with continual prodding on our part to "fix" my washer He used parts that were not intended for my Samsung washer After loads of laundry the washer is leaking water and all of his parts plus additional parts must be replacedIn the words of Taylor swift, never, never, never again
