I am unable to speak with an MRO or customer service representativeI have repeatedly left voice mail messages for over weeks with no reply I was contacted on November in regards to a drug test performed by the Total Compliance NetworkI informed the MRO that I was taking prescription medication that could have lead to a positive and was informed to take it up with my employer and was hung up onIt is my understanding that all positive results must allow for any medication on a second screeningI have since called and left well over a dozen voice messages to which I have not been responded toI have also not received a written copy of my resultsThis is a violation of their policy in regards to positive results and as a result I have been terminated from my employerThe customer service number is XXX-XXX- XXXXQuest Diagnostics customer service number is XXXX-XXX-XXXX however they only speak with employers not the donorsThe test was given on November 1st
