collecting on one (1) of the two (2) companies mentioned in this complaint. The account with Gulf Coast Readers (GCR) was ordered on August 24th, and eleven (11) payments were paid to them prior to the accounts being placed at our agency for nonpayment. Hopefully that provides a little more clarity of who the original magazine company would be. Regarding the harassment that was mentioned by Mr***. TCS has made a total of eight (8) phone calls and mailed out two (2) letters since we have received this accounts from GCR on November 2nd, Accordingly, TCS will ceased all collection efforts as of April 5th, and return the account back to the original creditor GCR. A payment of $will be refunded and mailed out to Mr***TCS has not reported any of Mr***’s information to any credit reporting serviceTCS apologizes to Mr*** for any inconvenience that he may have encountered, and also thanks the Revdex.com for its assistanceThank youRespectfully, Total Customer Service, Inc

During the conversation on March 6th we were advised that she no longer lives there. The unidentified male that our representative had spoken with said that he would pass the message along to Ms***. After the conversation on March 6th TCS had removed the telephone number once it had been identified as a wrong number.
