Let me be very clear about the fact that our office has done EVERYTHING we could have to collect on this account in a professional manner. house" were unsuccessful. Over the years, I have found that issues of money are quite sensitive and patients typically become angry and defensive when it comes to money owed. In this particular case, [redacted] even sent our office a nasty letter about her account.The issue at hand is the fact that we employed a collection agency [redacted] to recoup [redacted]'s delinquent account along with several other patient accounts. This company did a poor job and was fired by us. We hired a new company [redacted] to take over all of our delinquent accounts. [redacted] has assured me that her account was removed from the credit reporting agency. Our new company [redacted] will not report her delinquency to a credit reporting agency since she has begun making payments.As a business owner, dealing with difficult patients who don't pay their bills is very frustrating, however, the notion of us “intentionally" attempting to report to 2 agencies is both ridiculous and insulting. The concept of “retaliation" for a negative review is quite ridiculous. It seems [redacted], who did not pay her bill, is taking it out on US and we should be the one suing HER for her slander and libel. She is concerned about her credit report, what about my business reputation that she is trying to destroy? It is beyond my comprehension that we live in a world where someone can have a service, not pay for a service, write a defamatory review filled with errors and lies for all the world to see, and yet now complain to the Revdex.com about the way she was treated. I would like to call the “Better Patient Bureau" on her and report her for her shameful behavior. I have spoken to my attorney arid he is prepared to challenge [redacted] if necessary on her fraudulent claims and to defend my spotless reputation for the entire 14 years in business.
