Total Debt Assistance Group, Inc. called me and informed me that they could help me with my student loans for a forgiveness program, which they assured me that I am qualified for. Took my information , I paid their fee of which they were supposed to make sure there were no pending issues that would prevent my approval of the forgiveness program. They notified me and assured me that there were no problems and that I will be getting my income tax returns , which I didn't . I called them *** then told me I had a wage garnishment I in turn told her that I do not have any garnishments coming out of my pay checks. She told me she would look into this matter and call me back in two days. She did not call me back , I - in fact have called her 4 more times and left her messages via email. Still have not heard from her or any one from that company. Needless to say- I am still waiting to hear from her or any one from that company ! I would like a refund if they aren't going to finish the job!

Finish the job If they will not finish the job they told me that is included in the fee that I paid, then I would like my money back !
I have received the complaint that was mailed to me, and will be looking into the file to confirm the status before I provide information. *** is no longer working with us, she had a sudden medical condition that left a void in our operations, therefore no response to our customers. We appreciate your patience to determine the file status and we will proceed from there. If at anytime you would like a full refund, we will provide it. Thank you
