My girlfriend and I decided to use Total Dog for three sessions of obedience training for her Border Collie, as we were about to combine households, and her Border was occasionally aggressive toward my Boxer Brice was paid a total of $for the three sessions, with an agreement that he would reimburse the cost of any trainings if we decided to cease After the first session, which took place at a location between Brice's side of town and ours (we made this concession because he had his young child with him, who he ordered to sit on a "place" or platform much like the animals he trained), the decision was made to not go further with the remaining two sessions A refund was requested on several occasions by both myself and my girlfriend, but Brice was very condescending toward my girlfriend, despite the fact he one more than one occasion stated he would "make good" on the refund He claimed the money "was already taken off the books," did not even have the courtesy or professionalism to respond to my emails, and was very pompous in his demeanor In a last ditch effort to have the $reimbursed for the two sessions he did not conduct, I sent him another email and explained that not only did he receive these funds and failed to "make good" on paying the money back, he agreed in an earlier email response to my girlfriend that he was going to pay back the funds, but he never did The greed and unprofessionalism displayed by Brice was very disappointing I urge anybody considering using this guy's services to look elsewhere This is the first time in my life that I have EVER done a Yelp review, and I hesitate to speak in a negative manner toward others, but this greedy behavior is deserving of exposure Lesson learned on our end - we should not have given this guy the full amount up front Rather, we should have insisted on paying as we went Also, the fact he brought his daughter to the training and commanded her to sit on a "place" and obey him was odd The dude is bad news

I paid Brice for sessions of dog training in the amount of $I had an aggressive dog that was not getting along with a dog that would soon be in my residenceI received one session of training from Total Dog (Brice) and then due to my dog continuing to fight with the dog that would soon be in the residence, I had to re-home this dog and I did not have her to finish the training withBrice understood the situation and said he would "make good" on the sessions owed to meAfter many attempts to get the balance back for the remaining two sessions, he then began to not respond to any e-mails or texts from me, indicating he was not going to "make good" on these two sessions and I would not see any money back from himI then began looking over ***p reviews and I am not the only customer this has happened to, he is very unprofessional when it comes to returning money for sessions that he did not give to customersHe did not earn this money, but he had no problem taking it and ke

My girlfriend and I decided to use Total Dog for three sessions of obedience training for her Border Collie, as we were about to combine households, and her Border was occasionally aggressive toward my Boxer. Brice was paid a total of $270.00 for the three sessions, with an agreement that he would reimburse the cost of any trainings if we decided to cease. After the first session, which took place at a location between Brice's side of town and ours (we made this concession because he had his young child with him, who he ordered to sit on a "place" or platform much like the animals he trained), the decision was made to not go further with the remaining two sessions. A refund was requested on several occasions by both myself and my girlfriend, but Brice was very condescending toward my girlfriend, despite the fact he one more than one occasion stated he would "make good" on the refund. He claimed the money "was already taken off the books," did not even have the courtesy or professionalism to respond to my emails, and was very pompous in his demeanor.

In a last ditch effort to have the $180.00 reimbursed for the two sessions he did not conduct, I sent him another email and explained that not only did he receive these funds and failed to "make good" on paying the money back, he agreed in an earlier email response to my girlfriend that he was going to pay back the funds, but he never did. The greed and unprofessionalism displayed by Brice was very disappointing.

I urge anybody considering using this guy's services to look elsewhere. This is the first time in my life that I have EVER done a Yelp review, and I hesitate to speak in a negative manner toward others, but this greedy behavior is deserving of exposure. Lesson learned on our end - we should not have given this guy the full amount up front. Rather, we should have insisted on paying as we went.... Also, the fact he brought his daughter to the training and commanded her to sit on a "place" and obey him was odd.... The dude is bad news.
