I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

I did provide every document as needed.  With regards to the recommendations that did take some time due to my husband medical condition.  The office was informed of this. See email attachment.  I am attaching email dated Sep ** sent from Mr. M[redacted] office reminding me that they needed proof of compliance.  Attached is my email dated Sept ** – the same day – where I provided all applicable documentations.   Attached is an email that was sent to me on Jul **, 2014 requesting the Certificate of Corporation and an email with the Certificate of Corporation attached which I sent on Aug *, 2014.    A quote was provided on Jul **, 2014 and loss runs was requested.   On Jul **, 2014 loss runs were provided.  Base on all of the above there is clearly no misrepresentation in this situation.  It is apparent that all documents were provided as requested.  Also, there is a claim that a certified mail was sent – I would like to see proof of that since we did not receive any notice. My goal is not lower the rating of any company but the company must understand that there is need for professionalism to client.  I need to understand how the cancellation date can be effective before the date it was actually prepared (typed).  I did provide a copy of that document in my initial compliant however, this was not addressed.  Sine, I am not in the name calling or accusation business I will refrain from answering the latter parts of theresponse.   This is about a professional issued which needs to be addressed as such. Thanks.

[redacted] came to us to place insurance for [redacted]. We have explained with ample documentation that her insurance carrier provided coverage based on her compliance with inspection recommendations. These were due in a timely fashion and she did not respond. We contacted her many times...

(documentation on file) to comply as these were becoming a hazard to the location and non-compliance would create a cancellation. We also contacted her many times that payments on the policy were due. The policy was on direwct bill, therefore to the carrier. Then, the Carrier sent her a reminder by certified mail for payments due. Also, Insured had prior coverage and prior loss history had to be provided to us (Insured did not). Please see attached all documentation indicating clearly that the Insured did not have the facts straight, evaded timely payment to carrier per insurance condition, delayed compliance of recommendations and now complains about being poorly served on insurance. We consider her action totally fraudulent, misrepresented and twisting the truth. Moreover, we ask that Insure retracts all comments made and apologizes for placing a baseless complaint against our reputation. This complaint may lower our rating and we are not accepting this at all! If it does, then we will seek other legal action. Thank you.

BEWARE! STAY AWAY! Terrible brokerage firm. Dishonest. Bad staff. Much better firms in the tri-state area.

Review: This company was hired to provide coverage for our business, [redacted]. Coverage was obtained through [redacted]. All documents that were requ[redacted]ed was provided (I emails to prove this). and first payment was made. October 2014 I realized that we did not received a bill for the next payment so I contacted Mr. James M[redacted] and his assistant Elizabeth B[redacted] and was very shock to received an email stating that the policy has been cancelled for non-pay. Elizabeth even forwarded an email that she claimed was sent to inform me. That is a blatant lie - email was never sent nor did we received any notice via [redacted] mail. She did previously sent me emails with regards to cancellation for recommendations from insurance company not done. All recommendations were subsequently done. I contacted this office via email several times to rectify this situation but did not receive any help. Elizabeth sent me a copy of the cancellation notice which is dated September **, 2014 and has a stamped date of October *, 2014 and cancellation is effective September **, 2014. The point here is that the cancellation date is before the notice was prepared. I contacted [redacted] directly since Dollar Insurance was clearly not been honest about an error that was not my error. I was told by [redacted] that they did not receive documents that were requested that is why they were not willing to re-write policy. Again I have proof that all documents were submitted in a timely manner. I am a victim of other mistakes. I was even informed that I would received a partial reimbursement of my premium. To date I have not received anything - I need my full reimbursement of approximately $900.00Desired Settlement: refund of all monies pay because clearly the company did not act in a professional manner - how can a cancellation be effective before it was prepared. I was also informed by [redacted] at [redacted] on November **. 2014 that she was willing to re-write policy as long as all premiums were paid in full to avoid such issues but Mr. M[redacted] refuse to re-write.

The requests and allegations made by [redacted] are baseless. All documentation was provided to her and per attached files. As for her request for documentation that a Certified mail was sent by the insurance carrier, that is done directly between the insurance carrier and [redacted]. All insurance carriers' cancellation correspondence is directly with the Insured. There is nothing that we can do more than the documentation we attached. Regina is free to contact the insurance carrier directly. Thank you.

I did not do business with the insurance company directly. I dealt with the agency. I am also attaching an email that was sent to me when I copied the company of my complaint.
