Dear Revdex.com organization,

I received your letter regarding ID # [redacted]. Our store policy has always had a strict policy regarding returns. We have signs in the store clearly stating there are no returns, but exchanges. This exchange option is also for a one time only. Since the customer has complained, I will allow this one time exchange only. Even on our store receipts, it is written that there is no refund. I will forward these pictures to you in order for you to view.
